Didn’t have to wait at all, late at night for a full. Good quality. Higher prices. Very clean. Staff was pleasant and facilities were new in appearance and well kept. Professional yet comfortable atmosphere, yet prices higher than usual… enough to send me else where.

Went with a friend for gel manicures. Polish chipped on BOTH of our manicures after 2DAYS! Had to remove after less than a week, because it looked horrible. I’ve never had an issue with a gel lasting less than 2 weeks. Huge waste of money, so disappointed and will not go here again.

Friendly service and good quality work. I’ve always been greeted each time I go in. The owner(I assume) always remembers me and asks how things have been. Definitely like relaxing in the pedicure chairs, and usually splurge on an extra cost pedicure to get the 15 minute leg massage. It’s always nice too, once you hit the drying table they come and rub your shoulders and neck for a minute or too. that’s a nice touch. I’m going to look into the massage services they offer, I’m sure they would be completely relaxing!

I was not greeted by anyone when I walked in the door, so Hyde Park Nail & Spa could stand to improve in that area. My nail tech was very sweet and competent, although she was a bit rougher my toes than I would have liked. Overall, however, this business provides a good value, considering that the basic pedicure comes with a scrub, massage, and paraffin for the heels. That, combined with a basic gel manicure, came to the same price as a french gel manicure at other, «higher-end» places.
