They’re ok. Sometimes they get the order right. Sometimes, like tonight, «double cheeseburger, ketchup only» somehow ends up «double cheeseburger, no onions. but everything else». It’s not a hard concept. You can add things if they don’t, but you can’t take away the mustard and onion bits(that the slip claimed not to have) that are basically absorbed into the bread, not without gouging it.

This is for the drive thru. It’s super efficient. I’m usually here most days after school, around 6 p.m. and I get what I want pretty quickly. The staff recognizes me, which is somewhat kind of sad. But I appreciate them taking«fast» seriously.

Check your receipts! Caught them trying to charge more than the price on the sign for the #2 value meal. I brought this to the cashier’s attention, but she insisted(3 times in a row) what the price was, even though I told her about the sign in the drive-thru. The only thing worse than a business that overcharges its customers, is a business with employees who don’t listen to and argue with customers. At that point I wasn’t interested in taking a chance on this annoyed teenager spitting in my food, so I left the place, but I did call the number posted in the window. Restaurant and staff deserve only one star, but I’m giving two because the people on the phone were extremely apologetic, promised to make corrections right away, and even offered to send coupons.

The service is terribly slow, the staff are rude. And the food is exactly what you’d expect from McDonald’s. However, it makes a good spot to meet friends if you’re in the mood for something easy and greasy. The newly re-decorated seating lounge makes it look less like a McDonald’s and a little more… dare I say classy?
