I was looking to get a make up consultation as the make up artist seemed to have a good disposition over the phone and thru email. I admit showing up late by 10 minutes, however C. Harley was even later as I was told by a receptionist she was on her way. So after 20 minutes I finally left. I expected to get a call back, perhaps an apology, but I guess make up artists don’t really care when they have a booming clientele.

For more than seven years, I’ve been trusting my hair with Cat Harley, and I can say that I’ve never been disappointed. I always leave Cat’s chair looking my absolutely best. She also cares deeply about hair health. A couple years ago, I decided to go natural. Of course, Cat has been there with me every step of the way.
