I’ll NEVER return to this location. I had a complication with my macbook, and needed a battery replaced. I called to ask if this was something that they could do, to which they said they could. The person on the phone asked where I was coming from(Provincetown) and told me how to get there. Apparently… I was put in for an appointment at 11:40, which I was unaware of. I made the phone call at 10:55. I actually arrived at the store at 11:45 and was told that they gave my appointment away and that if I wanted to wait around until 2:00pm they would help me then. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. I left the store very mad. I went outside the mall parking lot and saw a store called«icape solutions». They were extremely friendly and happy to assist me with my issue NOW. I strongly suggest going there instead of this place!

Amazing store full of professionals. I was greeted warmly when I entered the store. I explained I had problems with my Apple I Pad. Young, friendly, cute geek took the Ipad into the back room and within a few minutes it was back and fixed. Great service, great help. Thank you geek saviours!

I went to the Mac Express for two separate repairs and both times had a below par experience. The first time I went to have storage added to my Macbook Air. I was told the part would come in, in 2 days and then it would take 1 more day to do the actual repair. The part did not come in for another 2 weeks. I am a college student and needed my laptop for school so I was inconvenienced by having to return to the store, pick up my Mac for class, and re-drop it off. TWICE! I must add, when I went to pick it up, I was not greeted by any staff. Instead of offering a «we will be with you in a moment,» the staff continued their business and left me and several other customers waiting. Reluctantly, I decided to return to Mac Express when my Mac was showing no signs of life a few weeks later. This time around the service was fine. It took about a week to be fixed and I was able to pick it up before my new semester began; however, my issue came about a week or two later… Mac Express released all the information about MY laptop repairs to a girl who emailed them asking about it. WITHOUTCONSULTINGWITHME. This other girl became their primary contact and when I emailed them with questions about the repair I was told«they thought the issue was handled» because they told this other girl! What ever happened to customer privacy!!! The Mac Express has since been ignoring my emails and has been short and incomplete in their few responses to me. I requested to be in contact with a manager but, of course, they neglected my request and never replied. If your Mac is broken or needs repairs, save your time and just go straight to the Apple store. they are much more professional there! *I am not going to even bother arguing. You clearly have your information confused. Luckily I spoke with a very nice gentleman named Jon today and the issues are settled. But for future reference it isn’t good business to tell a customer that they are wrong. I know what happened and as far as me not dropping it off for«3 weeks». I didn’t drop it back off until I received word that the part was in so that must have been a mistake on the stores end.

My Macbook Pro crashed and I took it to The Mac Express store for diagnosis and repair estimate. They were quick, professional and reasonably priced. They promptly diagnosed the hard drive as the problem and gave me simple options going forward. They promptly replaced the harddrive and applied the diagnosis charge to the repair total and had me back up and going within 3 days. I highly recommend Mac Express for your Apple repairs.

This place was great. Clean cute store, and staff to help you. They where able to answer all my questions on the new laptops. Looks like they also have a tech desk but I didn’t ask about it. Overall smart and nice, will shop there again.

I am a complete mac obsessed geek. I love everything mac and no where is there a better place for me to go on Cape Cod then this place! The staff was helpful and knowledgable. I was helped by a young man named Alex. He was really the best! I will ask for him again. I was able to get my knew laptop(with retina!!!) and they even have some kind of no interest loan program which has been great. Keep up the hard work!
