Kudos to the team at the Northeast Mall store and kudos to the company for adding an inventory check to their website.
Found a pair of cropped pants that I liked on
, on sale too! I was pretty jazzed about the price but really kind of wanted them NOW! :) Conveniently there was an option to check local store inventory and sure enough, a store reasonably close to me had them. I called the phone number and asked if the item I wanted was in stock in my size — it was. Yay!
I headed down to the store the same afternoon and they had them waiting for me at the counter even though I hadn’t requested that put them on hold for me. How cool is that? Tried them on, they fit like a glove, and I was out of there a happy customer. Oh, and I asked if they price matched their website and was told that they do, since the tag price was different from the online price. Turns out they rung up for the online price anyway, but it’s good information to have just in case, you know?
