I like Moe’s, but I don’t see myself returning to this location. First, the person preparing the food was sick. They were coughing over the food without covering their mouth and wiping their nose the entire time. They also would mutter under their breath and give dirty looks to every person that came in. If you’re that sick, stay at home. Second, there was barely anything in my quesdilla. I don’t feel it was worth what I paid. Third, the rest of the staff was incredibly rude. The cashier barely said two words to me and the rest tried not to look at me. Lastly, I paid for a cup of sour cream and they didn’t give it to me. I guess that’s what I get for not checking my order before leaving. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this was a bad experience.

Closes before 10pm. Came at 9:45 and the door was locked and the staff was dancing with the door locked. Smh. Ridiculous and unprofessional… but it’s college kids working there what more can you expect?

Finally! I’ve missed living near a moe’s. Their burritos are the best. Add chipotle ranch and get a side of queso! WELCOMETOMOES!

First time here Friday 1÷29÷16. Never heard of Moe’s before. Greeted with Welcome to Moe’s! Menu board with odd names from TV shows but little description of food items. Not a big deal since it is basically Burritos and salads with southwest Tex Mex items. I had a BOGO coupon that they honored even though they just opened. Great for first impressions of management. Quick service, huge burrito-The Homewrecker and Art Vandalay. Good salsa bar and 120 Combo Coke machine. I love those. Like Coke with Lime. Receipt has $ 2 off next visit if you take survey. Worth it if you get combo. I’ll be back to try a salad or nachos next visit. Try it for yourself, it is nice to see the growth in Huntsville and Ravenwood Shopping Center.

Their set-up is like Chipotle’s, but the taste of their food was so bland. Their salsa was bitter and bland. By the time i got my taco home(about 7 minutes) it was a soggy mess. It is kind of pricey and sooo not worth it. Neesless to say it will not be one of my favorite hang-outs.

I have been a frequent Moe’s customer for about 10 years. I love Moe’s and have eaten at a whole bunch of different locations all over the country. That being said, this is the worst Moe’s location I have ever been too. I want to like this place and I keep trying to give them chances. But every time I’ve been here they have found a way to be underwhelming. The staff doesn’t seem to know what their jobs are or what they are doing. They don’t know how to roll a burrito(kind of important in this line of work), and multiple times I have had to wait in line as the only person in the restaurant while the staff talks to each other and I guess draws straws to decide who actually wants to take my order. This would be a 1 star review if I didn’t love Moe’s so much. Get your stuff together!

Options include nachos, burritos, bowls and tacos you can customize to your liking. The meals are about $ 10 for lunch and come with a side of chips and salsa. In my opinion, Chipotle is a lot better. The ingredients did not seem very fresh and food was spilling over into the bins next to it. The restaurant was not very busy yet the drink area seemed disheveled and could definitely use a clean up.

Very good, large amount of food. No to spicy had great choices, was a little on the loud side and like most places where there are kids now a days you have to deal with a certain amount of rudeness. The customer service was great, you couldn’t ask for nicer people. Loved that the booths was big enough to sit in and not limited to stick people. Will be back

I agree with a past poster this location is disorganized and overwhelmed. This location needs to invest in training it’s staff and staffing more than 2 employees on a Saturday afternoon.

If you’re going to go to Moes, go to this location. They know how to make the burrito, don’t skimp, & know how to roll it well. The salsa tastes very fresh here, & the staff are very friendly. Nice amount of seating, even when they are busy. & they usually have the game on!

This is our favorite chain restaurant. It’s the same in each city we visit, and this location always gets it right. It has the same assembly line set up as Subway, so it’s hard for them to screw up your order unless you’re not paying attention. The portions are big, and they have no problem customizing each meal. They play rock music but not so loud that we can’t bring Granny with us. When there’s a long line, they keep it moving. And the staff has always been friendly and courteous to us.

Skip it. Went here once and would never go back. Service was terrible, more interested in talking to each other than to the customers. My rice was so cold there was ice in it.

Chicken nachos with black beans, queso, pico de gallo, jalapenos, and cilantro. Lord have mercy… how amazing and filling. I would definitely go back just for these nachos. This was my first time at Moe’s and won’t be my last. I went with a few friends and we left stuffed. Oh, awesome customer service as well.

Other reviews fault the long line, I do not. I went at 11:15AM today. It was crowded but the food was delicious and there was plenty of it for the price. I bought the original Art Vandalay, veggie bean burrito and a side of queso. I ate the whole thing, and struggled near the end. A Junior is large enough for those who do not want a lot of food. The line is long because you get a good quantity of quality food. My meal cost me ~$ 7 with a water.

I stop at Moe’s some evenings for take-out. I like their selection of hormone-free meats and grilled mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers for my streaker salad. I won’t stop at Moe’s more regularly because it takes a long time to go through the assembly line. Chipotle has this process down, but Moe’s is quite slow, even when there are only a few people waiting. On the website, there is a page to order on-line, but it’s not applicable for this location. Because of this, I typically order ahead at Jason’s instead and pick up my food without the wait. I also don’t go there often because someone is always sweeping behind the counter. While I’m glad they’re trying to keep the space clean, I can’t help but picture all the dust flying into my black beans. My last concern is that the lettuce is usually wilted. They’re happy to get a new box of lettuce out for you, but if you don’t pay attention, they will give you the wilted vegetables. I think that with just a few minor adjustments, Moe’s could be more competitive to its peers in S Huntsville.

Welcome to Moe’s! Where we are always overwhelmed and disorganized! I love this chain, but this is worst location I have ever been to. It’s sad, too, because out of all of the«upscale Mexican fast food» chains to pop up in the last 5 years, Moe’s is clearly the best. Far superior to Qdoba, Chipotle, all of its competition. Why? Mostly because of the awesome queso! The queso is easily the most delicious thing on the menu. But this location needs a change. If you come here for lunch expecting to be in and out, you’re going to leave here stressed out. These guys just don’t know how to handle the daily business lunch. I mean, you’d think after doing this 5 days a week for however many years, they would find a rhythm, or examine their processes to enhance their efficiency. Nope. Once a line forms, they’re overwhelmed. It’s sad, because I’d like to come here and get my Close Talker salad more often, but when it takes me an hour to leave my office, get my food TOGO, and get back to my desk, well it should take half that time. I’ll still throw my money here from time-to-time to see if they’ve cleaned up, but until they do, I won’t be a regular. Come on guys!

We vacation in Huntsville yearly and found this place last year. It was great… last year. We went back tonight, I ordered the same burrito(triple lindy with chicken) and it was a mess! It wasn’t wrapped well and dripped all over me. The chicken was salty, and the beans unflavorful. We ordered a side of guacamole and got charged full price but they mistakenly gave us 2 tablespoons worth in a little plastic cup. They placed the burritos in the bottom of the bag, then placed the chips on top(not in a separate bag, just loose in the bag with the food) so by the time we got back to the hotel everything had soaked through and the chips and burritos were falling out of the greasy hole in the bottom of the bag. On top of that, I tasted the guacamole and it was gross and brown. I’m really disappointed and dissatisfied because I’ve been waiting to return to Moe’s since last year. What a waste! Th only reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 was because of the quality last year. This year alone deserved a 0!

Certainly not the best burrito I’ve ever had, but it is the best one I’ve found in Huntsville. Lots of filling options including tofu, sauteed mushrooms, & fresh & pickled jalapenos. The rice is a little bland, but once you add extra salsa, it’s not bad. Good choice of fresh, tasty salsas at the salsa bar – including a couple of very spicy choices. And they make a much better burrito than Bandito Burrito.

I have to give them all the starts JUST for the soup! Excellent stop at any time of the day! Oh, and the burritos are quite tasty, and very large! Haven’t had one person not like what they ordered. Also a nice place to go if someone in the party is a vegitarian.
