Interesting experience today with Travis from Heavens Best. Travis came to our house and crashed into a telephone pole at our house. Was really upset albeit no damage van except he could not back off it. Had to call tow service. Was in no mood to clean carpet after doing this even though it would be 1.5 hrs till tow could come. Also had quoted $ 305.00 for 10 rooms yest, came today saying he only wrote down 2 Rooms albeit we called this am to confirm what time and added 1 room we forgot yest. So now he wanted to charge $ 600.00 and would do it another day, said he was finished for the day. We didn’t ask him to come back Stanley steamer is doing it tomorrow for $ 365.weird day.

These guys use a low water process that dries quickly, versus the normal «steam cleaners» that leave your carpets drying for days. Although they’re a little hard to catch on the phone (leave a message and they’ll call back) they show up ON time and do a fantastic job. There is NO WAY I thought my disabled brother’s carpet would come clean — he refuses to wipe his shoes coming in from outside. Spills, stains from his cat throwing up completely disappeared. When Heaven’s Best was done it didn’t look like brand new, but was 1000% better. I was amazed. Worth every penny as the alternative was complete recarpeting. Special thanks to Travis — I recommend these guys highly.
