My representative, Chad Stone, was very knowledgeable and responsive. I am one of those annoying people who has to second guess my decisions and whether or not I am getting the right phone for me and my family. Chad has been spot on every time, my son and I have Androids and my daughter has an iPhone and I appreciated his listening to our individual needs and giving the product most suitable to each of us. I have also had to call him numerous times about upping my data or lowering it, whether to use the Edge program, etc. He has answered the same questions from me numerous times with a great deal of patience and has never once been dismissive to me or my concerns. I have had other salesman in the tech field look at me like«please lady you don’t know what you are talking about!» But never Chad, which is why I keep using him even though I have moved to NC. He ships me my products and answers my emails, etc. very quickly. It saves me a lot of time and I don’t even have to go in a store anymore. I cannot recommend him highly enough and if you are like me and have moved from the area — he can still help you! Trust me save yourself some agony. Another thing is that Chad has been a rep with Verizon for many years to my knowledge and there are many reps who are more transient and aren’t available when you go back to ask a question. Chad has been there every time for me.

So, I’ve always. And I mean ALWAYS have had bad customer service every time I go into Verizon. It doesn’t matter, the day, time or anything. Knowing I had an upgrade and knowing I had to go to verizon, I just wanted to scream. Going into the store at the mall, I was greeted by an employee named Chad. Chad listened to my needs and wants when it came to the phone I desired. First phone I seen was a Sony and was up for a new try. So I’m going through the paperwork and it comes to the part where I had needed to send my other iPhone 5c(green) back. I sent it back. I have the track number to prove it. Two weeks later, hated the phone. Was in the trial period. So I was wanting another phone, Chad was able to assist me and suggested the new g4 phone. When getting this phone, I was notified from Verizon via text saying I owe 500 dollars because my iPhone was not there. I talked to Chad about it and we called customer service and the girl was apparently new or didn’t care, she said she not to worry about that and just pay the amount I always pay. So I did. Now fast forward to three weeks ago, my next month’s bill was due. I was still owing 500 + plus. As stated before the girl said it was taken care of. Chad was not there the day I went in, so I talked to another customer support who said if I do not pay that they are turning my phone off. Which made me highly upset. I talked to Chad and told him about the what the customer support guy told me. He told me to send my bill to him and he was sending it off to one of his bosses. Couple days later, I got notified by Chad to check my bill. I do so and the 500 was taking off. Apparently, when my phone came in no one from the main office checked it in. If it wasn’t for the day in and out and hours and drive Chad put in it, I probably would still have to pay. HIGHLYRECOMMENDGOINGANDSEEINGCHADIFYOUGOTPROBLEMS! Best customer service ever!!!

I usually go to Bailey Cove location, but went here in Parkway Place Mall because its always been empty of customers whenever I’ve walked by. Despite my initial excitement of there not being a wait, I’ll NEVER go back here. I’d rather wait elsewhere. For hours. There were 3 female sales associates working. One was throwing up in the back(then come out front to spread germs), another was complaining about people not buying phones(more on her later), and my saleswoman was distracted by complainer saleswoman and failed to tell me important things. For example, that I’d have to hand in my current phone, that there was a $ 199 deductible on the insurance, that there was a $ 30 upgrade charge, etc. All that I found out after I got home, much to my dismay. She also said shed call me when she placed my order(their computers malfunctioned when I was in the store). She didn’t call. She had said my phone should be in the next day. It took 4 days. My main beef is with saleswoman Sara, whom I saw being incredibly rude to a senior customer. She had just finished complaining in front of me about how all she’s doing is telling people about phones… Nobody was buying. Then a senior gentleman came in and walked up to her. I saw her roll her eyes, sigh, and grab a bottle of water to drink rather than want to help him. She was clearly disgusted as he told her what he needed, and she was the rudest person I’d ever seen. If I were the supervisor. I would’ve fired her on the spot. No eye contact with customer, kept looking down, heavy sighs. Eye rolls. Several times she literally walked away from him with out a word. Kudos to the old fella for not letting her get the best of him; he hung in there. She was also extremely condescending towards him. I sat there watching all this, my blood boiling in disbelief. I returned several days later and asked if there was a supervisor I could talk to about this. No, they said, they don’t really have a supervisor.(?!?) I told the guy I was going to write a letter about Sara and he said he’d take care of it. He also said he’d been told about her behavior by someone else already. He added that this isn’t the first time with her, and a suspension is in order. Oh, and vomiting sales lady was vomiting in the store 2 days prior to my visit, he said, so she was on at least day 3 of working while ill. Nice. He called me later that day or the next to assure me the situation was handled and I’d receive an apology call or email within 24 hours. I never did. This location is unlike any Verizon store I’d ever been in. Rather than provide customer service, I could’ve sworn I was in a junky used car lot. On a side note, 2 out of 3 of the ladies wore see-through/too tight clothes… Maybe they think they’ll make more sales that way.
