They don’t even deserve one star. I was supposed to stay here for a week and I immediately checked out before even checking in. I used the bathroom in the lobby. It was dirty and sketchy. I felt unsafe right away. I then asked if I could see the room before checking in. When I was brought to my room it had a burned oil smell. It was also dirty.

I booked a non-smoking room for 8 nights and the room smelled so bad, that I had to cancel my room reservation. There were stains and burn marks all over the pillows and comforter. The room smelled like smoke.

I give ‘em 2 stars because it’s about what I expect from a cheap motel. I am in room 204 and the bathroom is semi-clean… the bath tub is stained and there is dust on top of the shower stall. The coffee pot is a travesty… first time I opted to not use the room coffee pot. The internet here is HORRIBLE! I’ve had better internet service when I was stationed in Iraq!!!

I checked in here on January 14, 2015 and promptly checked out without staying. Deserves zero stars but that is not an option in the rating system. The carpet in the lobby was filthy. The lobby bathroom was also filthy. The room had a desk lamp with a defective switch and when I went to turn it on I was concerned I might get shocked. The bathtub faucet was running and could not be stopped(Room 110). I reported the conditions to HQ for America’s Best Value Inn. Let’s see if they take action. Not safe, not clean.
