Not only is it a warm friendly place to walk into the owner is fantastic

i cannot say enough good things about London Optical and it’s phenomenal owner, Greg. I had just been diagnosed with macular degeneration and needed a Blu-Tech or Crizal lense In order to protect my eyes as much as possible from damaging UV and blue-violet light. After going to a number of optical stores in search of products and information, it was immediately obvious that Greg at London Optical offered a level of expertise, honesty and customer service that the other stores did not and could not match. My prescription and needs were not simple, and Greg went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed. In addition, his prices are competitive and his priority is to make sure his customers are satisfied. I’ve already recommended him to my ophthalmologist, friends and family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

this place is awesome! stopped in here due to the Great reviews. I was having problems with some glasses that I stupidly purchased online. The owner was very friendly, Accommodating, and helpful and tweaked the glasses so that they were just right. he did this all free of charge too! I will definitely be back for all of my optical needs as this place really knows their craft and provides excellent service!

I only bought one pair of glasses here but I would never go anywhere else. Greg really cares about the customer and their satisfaction. I spent 500 plus dollars on a pair of glasses that I absolutely adored and no other place on long Island had this brand… When I got home my 3 year old takes them off my face and bends them in half. I go to Greg next morning ready to burst until he makes them look good as new!
A real professional. I always highly recommend going here if you are looking for that different style.
