My dress came out absolutely beautiful. She did a great job making sure the dress was exactly how i wanted it. She did go about a week passed the initial pickup date, But she kept me updated. Im so in love with my dress

Placed an order with Yolanda to have my daughters prom dress made. Her prom is on ⁴⁄₉. She said the dress would be ready by ³⁄₂₀. The dress was not ready so we asked her to add more diamonds. She said the dress would be ready this weekend. I called Friday and asked that she send me a picture of the progress and the dress looks horrible. It does not look close to what we ordered so I asked for a refund on my $ 150 deposit and she is not willing to accommodate me for her mistake. Please do not do business here… she is horrible!!!

HORRIBLE quality suits and customer service! Only giving 1 star because There is no option for NO STARS!
Wish I would’ve read reviews on this place before using! Do yourself a favor and DON’T give this place business, they are very unprofessional, and clearly don’t know a thing about a customer service!
They took my sons measurements and suits looked horrible! Had to go out and buy my own slacks for my younger son because the pants they provided looked like they used a big kids and hemmed them down to fit a toddler! When I addressed the problem they made it seem like it my problem not there’s! And not only that they never sent bow ties they’d promised, my sons had to wear the suits with out a bow. So disappointed!

She gets 0 stars!!! This lady is rude, unprofessional and a complete rip off!!! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT GO HERE!!! We ordered my sisters 15añera dress in may and we went to pick it up the end of october and she rushed to get the dress ready which was nothing to what she wanted on top of it she goes and argues with me when i told her that she had 5 months to do the dress and thats what she comes up with. I ordered a dress for my daughter too which was suppose to be the same as the 15añeras dress lol and when i saw it i had enough of her crap. It was a completely different color and nothing nothing nothing to what i ordered. Then her rude ass goes and argues saying thats what we ordered i pulled out the picture of the dress on my phone and told her that is nothing like the picture. When i asked her for my money back she just laughed and said there is no money back! On top of all this mess a lot of the stuff on the package had not been do e and claimed she would mail it to us. Its been a week and were still waiting! DO NOT GO HERE she will only take your money and does not deliver on the contract she shouldnt be in business at all!!! she should be shut down!!!

ordered my daughter’s prom dress on april 18^th. it’s may 26^th and no dress.
the dress is already made, just needed her size to be delivered. the lady (yolanda)had all kinds of excuses. i got my money back!!! went down the street and got the .same dress for $ 50 bucks cheaper and the dress arrived ⁵⁄₂₇.
so i found out with yolanda’s is that she over prices her customers & her customer service is whack!!!
