Listen, the pupusas here are great. It’s the customer service that kills it. I’ve only eaten in ONCE because of that. It took about an hour to get 6 pupusas. They weren’t even busy. Literally just me and my dad were in there. Now I just call in and order my food for pickup… I seriously recommend doing this. They usually give me 25 – 35 min time frame, and there hasn’t been a time where my food is yet to be ready. Ps. The lady that works there really can be rude and offsetting.

I was looking for a pupusa place nearby… I could’ve swore this place had 4 stars. Until I re-checked and read the correct reviews… Every single bad thing said on the 5 bad reviews… All of them DOWNTOTHETEE! Customer service… HORRIBLE! I ordered 3 Horchatas, I guess she noticed I wasn’t Salvadorian… She said«this are Salvadorian drinks» when i asked what do they have different from regular Horchata? She gave me this dirty look and said«it tastes different». That’s it! Mom and dad’s mood got killed. We just ordered 1. Food was descent… However, Paid parking meter for 60min… For a total of 6 pupusas and 1 drink, it took 49 minutes to be served. and there was no rush-hour either, there were 2 other customers in there, 1 of them came after I did. Had to go put more $$ in the meter so I could eat in peace. Cleanliness: my table was«clean», but there was a white paste-like jelly on the glass that didn’t come off what it was cleaned. Not sure if that was food or something that came from a customer. At then… After I paid, I asked her about the $ 1 dollar pupusas advertised on their window. She just said«yours were not part of that deal». Just f’n cold like that!!! They’re really a world away with their customer service skills. They need to work on that big time. 1st and last time I go there.

From the first day I stopped by to pick up food for some friends I knew this restaurant was a sorry excuse for a restaurant. Where do I start price is what the owner wished to charge for what he sells that is fine. They don’t take credit cards but they tell u that u can pull money from a machine /at located inside the store which will charge u for using it. Forget about asking to put plates because they don’t want to. Forget about telling them to separate the pupusas they won’t listen. They give different excuses as to why but all it is the owner just does not want to pay and give it to paying customers. This restaurant is just a perfect example of a business that cuts corners at the cost of its paying customes. They don’t care and it also shows on the way they treat them too. It is unfortunate that a place with great food has horrible customer service. It is pointless to call in an order because you still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time. I arrived to pick up an order 30 minutes after ordering and still have wAit another half an hour. Lets no even mention the rude responses from the cashier.

Hello, your food is very Delicious but your customer service is horrible. I ordered my food 10 minutes before arriving and once I arrived the cashier very rudely said my Pupusas were not ready and it will be 10 more minutes. It took 20 minutes to get my 3 pupusas that I ordered, I understand you guys are really busy but the attitude we as customers always get is really bad. I am not the only one to complain about the bad customer service your restaurant offers because my coworkers have complained before about this. Please fix it or else you guys will start losing a lot of customers.
