Worse experience ever in the history of the universe. They are irresponsible they don’t keep their word, they have no formality, their warehouse employees are rude, ill mannered, they turn in the merchandise at what ever time they feel like. They do not follow the pre arranged established time. I spent more than 1000 $ I had a bad experience where my we bought a fridge, and they did not come on time. At the time we had arranged as a result all of the food was a waste. They told me they were coming at 5:00 pm, and they came in at 8:00pm. I took out all of the food out of the fridge because that was the arranged time. However they ruined all of my food because they were tardy. DO NOT BUY anything from here. They didn’t even call me to tell me they would be late pathetic.

Every body from the manager to the sales team should get evaluations in costumer service. I find the lack of importance after the sale is made as the finishing blow. I spoke with the manager, he told me,” I am going to put a note so your furniture is delivered at 4pm.” Nothing here is worth my time. I am very dissatisfied with the way the company is run. All those years of service go down the drain when they become complacent; money hungry and arrogant. I will forever regret my business with them. Not to mention how long I am on hold for. As I wait to be help, I am writhing this review. Think twice before you purchase from them.

I bought 2 beds here and the beds are nice looking don’t let that FOOL YOU, but always check under the bed when you buy the frame is so cheap and not sturdy at all I had to have the men that delivered come in and add wood frames to keep it sturdy I called the manager and she said that was how the beds came from the company that she could not take it back I wanted to avoid the drama so I decided to not buy from them again if your going to buy ask to check under the bed and what options you have in paper of returning the item be careful ask for a return policy in writing by the manager and don’t get fooled into buying insurance for it because all that covers is if the bed has normal wear and tear before they approve someone has to come and check the bed first. waste of $$$ and time now I’m stuck with a bed full of pieces of wood under it.

Solo porque tiene buen precio no compren. Investigen. They delivered damaged merchandise and something we didn’t even order. They aren’t honest or straightfoward either. They even told us they resell merchandise that is marked as «damaged» products on sale… Careful buying here. Surprise charges and surprise furniture. The service was nice at the start but it may turn out a big dissapointment and a waste of time for others as well.

I guess it’s one of your worker according to what he is «knowing» yes I came with my bf but I paid my card and I wasted my time for waiting my stuff delivered to my house. He or she shouldn’t be forcing what I experience there. Asking me delete this way. That’s why I am giving another bad review. I wish I can write without no start!!!

not even a one stars. negative five stars! the furniture they sell is garbage, cheap quality, and expensive. THEY ABUSE YOU IF YOU DON’T PAY IN TIME! literally they call me 20 times in a day EACH day I am late with the payment! NEVER AGAIN BUYING FROM HERE! Assholes don’t even know english correctly! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! (went to the old location around union and Wilshire area)
