Always check your receipts!
I mean its not much, but if they do it on small orders imagine on big ones… So my daughter order a caramel ice coffee regular. They have sign that says it cost $ 1.99 regular. The cashier charged her $ 2.39. I was like forty cents for taxes. She said no, the coffee cost $ 2.19 plus taxes. So I asked her why would you have a sign that says it cost $ 1.99. And she just said, «that’s not the price». I asked the same question again, and again she answer the same answer. I left it like that, didn’t feel like arguing for .20 €. So next time, I will make sure to check my receipt!

The best reason to come to this Jax is the girl who always wears inappropriately tight pants. I mean, she knows she has a great figure and Im sure dudes have crept on her at work.
But I digress, she dies her hair blonde and likes to wear red or red-​ish lipstick and has a little bit of an accent. Anyways, SHE FINE!

They don’t even deserve one star. bad service. The cashier kept getting the order wrong twice until I corrected her the third time. All the cashiers are too busy chatting it up which is why they’re so distracted taking an order. also this place stinks like dirty feet.

I love this Jack in the box I rather drive the 15 mins there than go to the one near my house any day! Great service the workers have a great attitude. They always get my order correct and give me the corresponding utensils everytime. The food quality is great as well :)

The night shift sucks every time I go at night they always getting my order wrong and when I make them correct it like I’d order it the manager gets all fucken mad! whoever she is NO MANAGER! SKILLS but once again it’s jack in the box lol!

I like this jack in the box. I have been comming here for years now. They are always friendly, motovated and fast. I never reviewed it because well… its jack… but after having many bad expirienced at other fast food restaurants, i felt like it would only be apropriate. Lol

If you aren’t going to be open at a specific time, ANNOUNCE IT! Don’t waste our time by saying you’re open 24 hours when you aren’t, and have to drive here to then drive somewhere else.
I walked in around 12:40 PM on Thurs Nov 6 to be told «uhh they aren’t gonna cook anything right now, they’re cleaning. like tacos or burgers or any of that.»
Great customer service, thanks for wasting our time.

To start off i’m not a big fan of the food. I hear friends say they love the tacos but those things are greasy as hell! The burgers are decent, I always order a Sourdough Jack. The curly fries are good but sometimes they aren’t fried right and taste nasty. For some reason they take their time to make your order but its typical for a fast food restaurant. On a good note the shakes are absolutely DELICIOUS! I always take home a strawberry or Oreo shake!
I give this restaurant 3 stars for cleanliness, giving me my order correctly, and the shakes! :-)

I don’t really care for the food here but I will say that I’ve always received superior service in the lobby and the drive-​thru window. The curly fries & iced tea are great and the spicy chicken really is spicy and tasty. They’ll add cheese unless you tell them not to.
My family members usually get some kind of angus burger and always rave over that, as well as the Sourdough Jack, an instant classic.
It’s open 24 hours.
