Today I made the spontaneous decision to get my conch pierced! By the help of Tommy T’s coupon given on Main St, I was utterly convinced. I payed only $ 22 for my inner conch. The coupon specified that I would get a free piercing with the purchase of jewelry and numbing. The hoop I chose was $ 15 and the numbing was $ 6. So pocket wise A+ Staff! I met Lucy and she was very sweet. We a conversation about cats and she made the experience pain-free(emotional wise) but, also with my piercing as well since it was numbed. The process was quick and simple! She took about 15 – 20 minute to sterilize everything, so I knew for sure everything was trust worthy for my health. Overall, will come back again!

PRICEY&INCORRECTFITTING high quality jewellery? Sure. Lady with 200+ piercings? Pretty nice. But $ 250 for a tragus and 3 cartilage piercings? INSANE. not to mention the SIXDOLLARFEE for numbing spray which DOESN’T REALLYNUMB. I’d give it 4 stars if she gave me piercings to accommodate to swelling. Freshmen year I’ve pierced my cartilage myself. Three times. With a SAFETYPIN. My piercings were ALMOSTCOMPLETELYFINE. I just bought the mall bought studs, which definitely did not have a high quality metal. Therefore, they kept oxidizing in my ear and they never healed. SO, finally had my ears repierced professionally and got thicker and SHORTER barbells than what I’m used to. Shit never healed. In fact, my cartilage swelled up so much it was cupping all 3 of its piercings. HORRIBLE. paid 250 dollars for NOTHING.

I’m sad to have to do this. I’ve been considering getting another piercing, and I’m very satisfied with the three I’ve had done here, but the business practices of the owner have left me uncomfortable and I can no longer support the shop in good conscience. In order to stay abreast of shop events, you’re obligated to friend the owner on Facebook, where you are subjected to a neverending diatribe of racism, sexism and general bigotry. Prior to making that unpleasant discovery, I attempted to drop in three times to purchase new jewelry, all during posted business hours, at different times, on different days, all to be met with a locked door and no signs or posts on their public page to indicate that they were closed or when they would reopen. In short, find yourself a reliable piercer who isn’t going to smack you in the face with their politics

Unprofessional, racist, and sexist. When confronted with this, proceeded to harass my friend on Facebook. I, my sister, and multiple of my friends have gone here and have all had terrible service. Please do not come here and support this business

So, Tommy, first and foremost, perpetuates sexism and racism. He offers deals to customers who add his personal account on Facebook(there is a business page already on Facebook so it’s a little weird that you also have to be his personal«friend» to receive discounts). A friend who privately messaged him to let him know she would no longer be supporting his business due to this bizarre practice and exposure to political intolerance was publicly shamed and is currently experiencing harassment from his«friends» due to this poorly handled, private dispute. It was immature and unprofessional of him to make her information or the contents of their interaction public. It’s one thing to be a bigot off the clock. It’s another to allow that to become your professional persona. You ARE your business. And apparently a bad one. Aside from that I have only interacted with him twice in the shop and both times he was very rude to me. You don’t greet a customer with«What do you want?» He was impatient when my sister and I picked out our jewelry and didn’t explain to my sister that she’d need a larger piece of jewelry since the piercing site would swell; she had to return after a few days of agony and get another piece of jewelry. Also, I didn’t get the discount that I was suppose to have received for putting up with his bigoted FB rants. I’ve never been pierced by him(thank god!) so I have to say that his employees are polite and knowledgeable and I would love to be pierced by them again, however, not while they remain employed by Tommy Tetreault.

I love how clean and sanitary everything is here– they take you to a separate room where you’re asked to leave all personal items outside of the piercing room. After

I had been once before when I was 18 to get my belly button pierced and the guy was rude so I swore I’d never come back. I had been thinking of getting my nose pierced for a while now and I saw that they had a deal for $ 20 so I decided to try this place again. I was pierced by Lucy who was very friendly. I’ve been in a few times since my first experience and she always seemed to be there. While waiting for her to pierce me she was very social and still professional. I did get numbing & cleaning solution so it brought it out to be $ 37 and I of course tipped her. She was very nice and I would definitely go back to be pierced by her. Thank you Lucy for redeeming the facility!
