We made a stop here after I got my tattoo from next door. The tattoo artists raved about the pastries that have nutella and banana. I was sold.
Hot, buttery, flaky, nutella, and bananas baked together. all i needed was some vanilla ice cream.

So glad to have found this place, felt like I was really eating in the streets of Brazil.
They also started serving Daily lunch specials now, but its not advertised on their website
I heard its posted everyday on their social media pages.

I thought this place was a seat down restaurant but it’s more like a takeout place. When I went there was only one dish that could be eaten as a meal (chicken stroganoff) and the rest was more snack type items (small fried foods, acai bowls). But beyond the surprise of Taste being more of a snack joint, the fried foods that I got were delicious but fairly pricey as 4 dumpling sized fried items totaled nearly $ 10. The staff is very helpful in picking out/​explaining the items. Will come back if in the area for a snack.

Words can’t describe how good this place is, we didn’t see one bad item on menu which is quite extensive.
Everything is good and the service is wonderful.

Simply Delicious… The Acai is the best I’ve tasted to date, I can taste the quality of these super anti-​oxidants, perfect texture unlike some nearby places that are thin and juiced down.
Their Coxinhas, mini cheesy breads, & baked Danish-​like dessert filled with Nutella and banana were all very good.
Prices are reasonable for the quality and amount you receive. Parking is easily available.
Customer service was excellent, the owner was informative and showed a lot of pride in his products, he also informed us that they do serve meals M-​Sat 11am-​4pm but the menu is not up yet, looking forward to returning and getting more to TASTE and more acai to of course :p

This place has such delicious food! The coxinha with cream cheese is by far my favorite! My husband loves the açai bowl and my son the guarana drink. My family loves this place. Super clean, lovely staff. One of the very few Brazilian restaurants in OC.

If you’re a fan of coxinhas & pao de quijo, definitely check this place out! If you’re not a fan, definitely check this out because you’re about to be! They have the perfect location off of Beach & Adams with ample parking. The customer service is excellent as well! I will definitely be coming back to get more coxinhas, pao de queijo & to try their acai bowls!

What a spot! I was fortunate to meet the owner who I must say is one of the nicest guys I’ve met in a while when it comes to small businesses. The owner is Brazilian and explained to me all of the benefits of Acai which I already knew, but I enjoyed his customer service and willingness to help.
There bowls seem to taste much better than other nearby beach locations ( Unilocal wont let you mention names), but go closer to the beach and you’ll get my point. These are very well balanced and don’t need to be extra sweet to make up for the lack of flavor.
I would definitely suggest coming in and giving this spot a try.
