I had an old Casio watch from the 1980’s that «went dark». I assumed it was a battery, but after taking it to a local watch repair shop (a good one, mind you), I was bummed because that didn’t bring the watch back to life. I assumed it was pretty much done and almost threw it away.
However, after a Google search I found TimeUp watch repair. I sent it off to Ca from Tx hoping they could fix it. Long story short, it works great. The technician called me and told me it was a pretty easy fix. Easy for guys that know Casios I’m thinking.
Although the watch wasn’t expensive, it belonged to my dad. I’ve worn it since he passed away in 1996 and I’m thrilled to have it working. Thanks guys. You made my day!

Was looking to get a replacement band for my girlfriends baby g-​shock watch. I found this place upon doing some research online. Called them up and they said that they have the part in stock, since I was kind of local I drove down to there store. Great customer service and they replaced the band for me without a blink. I will recommend this place to anyone that needs Casio replacement parts. Top notch!

Discovered my dad’s old 300M Casio DW 3000 in the dresser drawer — dead. Wanted to get a new battery, but also wanted the new seal/​gasket and pressure test to ensure water proofing. Found TimeUp’s page on the web, and decided to walk it in to their Hamilton shop. Super friendly, finished the work in 15 minutes while I waited. Highly recommend. Will be back with my other Casios.

I bought a watch from them in college when they were in Los Alamitos and they provided excellent customer service. Today, I went into their store to pick up a hard to find strap for my current watch and you know what, continued excellent customer service and their staff are super knowledgable about the products and even tried finding me a matching bezel I’m looking for. I was replacing the bands on my G-​Shock watched and broke one of the screws. Did a search for a replacement part and Google led me to a website called TimeUp Inc. The screw was in stock and I placed the order. I realized I ordered the wrong screw so I sent an email to them and they responded back saying they will change the part for me. Part arrived in a couple of days and now I can wear my watch again.
