i really don’t care for everyone hearing my medical problems, very open evryone can hear your discussion with the doctor. it feels like your going through a drive thru, weak adjustment did nothing for me.

I don’t have enough positive adjectives to describe the epic chiropractic care, nutritional and fitness advice that has been such a benefit to my entire family and friends over the last 20 years. Dr. Jacques Allmand is an ultimate chiropractor! Prior to meeting Dr. Allmand, l’d been in a major car accident. My injuries included: a severe head injury, severed foot and other internal injuries. Fortunately, my foot was reattached, though I was unable to walk for 4 years. Eventually, I could walk but with a very noticeable limp. Then I met Dr. Allmand; within a short time, I was walking with an undetectable limp! Today, I walk without a limp! I also swim, bike and even rock climb. I have one doctor to thank –Jacques Allmand.

Came in here after sitting on a plane for 19 hours. Of course my body was totally out of place. Let’s just say sleeping on a plane is not glamorous.
Right away they had me move my neck a few different ways and noticed how it was unaligned. Given that my neck was out of place, so was my spine causing the worst back pain. I initially felt so sore after my adjustments, but it’s gotten much better. They also moved my headache bone back into place, so now I’m headache free! Phew.
I go twice a week. I’ve seen two different doctors and they’re both wonderful. They have very good bedside manner. I always leave there feeling ready to conquer my day!

I came in and just felt unappreciated. The woman at the front desk wouldn’t even wait till she was off the phone to say hello to me. she was having a conversation with me and the person on the other end of the phone at the same time which made me feel like I wasn’t worth enough to be talking to her. I arrived there at 6:25 after I got off a long day at work. After her conversation with me and the person on the phone at the same time, she told me they refuse to see anybody at this time. If your store is going to close at 6:30 make sure the hours listed don’t say 7 o’clock. I won’t be back on the principle that I don’t go to places where people can’t maintain a certain level of professionalism.

LOVE! My world has changed since going there. The staff is always pleasant. The doctors are both wonderful. Each is very unique, but I have had great experiences with both. Nothing bad to say! Just be sure you know about lunch hours before you go.

The $ 19.00 offer is only good if you print the coupon in advance. My mistake. I guess I should have read the ad better. Either way they would not honor the $ 19.00 offer. The adjustment was quick but good. They offer low cost adjustments if you sign up for prepaid visits and allow them to automatically debit your account every month, and you must cancel the billing 30 days in advance. I will not be going back.

The team of Doctors and the staff at this Huntington Beach location are the BEST!
Dr. A. and Dr. G. each have a little different adjustment style that really compliments each other’s strengths and skills.
I have never been more satisfied with any chiropractic treatment or program. I have sent many others there and they all agree.
I highly recommend regularly visiting The Joint in Huntington Beach for all your chiropractic needs as they make it very easy to do with a very inexpensive monthly payment plan.
You will not regret it.

I love Dr. Jacques! He is not only friendly and always a joy to see he completely understands and listens to what is going on with my migraines and pain. He has been able to give me relief for days and even weeks where I once had none. Dr. Jaques is also great with my mom who is 85 and has some spine and knee issues. He has the right technique for her and she has been pain free on a regular basis since she started going to him.

We are visiting the beach and my husband tweaked his back. We googled a chiropractor, hoping to just walk in for a quick adjustment. This popped up as $ 19 for the first visit just «pop, crunch and go» as one reviewer stated. There is a sign on the front that states $ 19 first visit! My husband walked in at 1:35. The receptionist informed him of the following:
1. It’s actually $ 39 for the fist visit unless you sign up online and get emailed the secret code (even though the giant sign on the window states differently)
2. They cannot help my husband because they close at 2 for lunch and there is no way to get him through before that.
Obviously, we left. So irritated.

No fuss… no muss. Crunch and go. $ 19 for first visit, $ 29 per visit after that unless you opt for a package. Regular visits can get as low as $ 12 per treatment. No water tables or massage tables or vibrating chairs… just a big open room with 4 table/​beds and they get you on your way fairly quickly. Nice staff (Alexis the receptionist) and a very good crunching by Dr. Gallo. They are open Saturday and Sunday and no appointment is needed so this was perfect for me.

I have worked in the auto body industry for over 13 years and have developed significant back problems over the last ¾ years now and the last 3 doctors I went to were not able to adjust me properly. Dr. Jacque had no problem. Now owning my own shop, it’s important to keep maintained and the premise of simple maintenance they offer is far more appealing considering you get 4 sessions for less than the price of one at most other chiropractor offices. Finally, someone out there not trying to rape your wallet!

Love, love, love The Joint in Huntington Beach, CA,…especially Dr. Jacques Allmand,…aka The Gentle Giant in my book. He’s FUN, he’s knowledgable, he’s personable, and he knows what he’s doing! His adjustments are «epic» and I walk out feeling like a million bucks everytime! I drive at least 30 minutes for a 5 minute adjustment and it’s worth it,…wouldn’t go or see anyone else!

«The Joint» is the best Chiropractic place I have ever been too! Such ease to go there. Just sign up for their wellness program. It is 4 adjustments for only $ 49 a month and only $ 12 for any extra adjustments if you need more. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY! With the busy life style I have that is great! I go when I have the time. I have been getting adjusted by Jacques Alllmand for a few years now. He is the best. Well informed and has got me back in the game more than once. He is now at «The Joint» in Huntington Beach. Dr. Jacques has been a life saver from his vast knowledge of nutrition, chiropractic skills and big heart! I am not sure where I would be without him. Was skeptical at first, but could not have been more pleased with my experience. Did not make an appointment, and was still shaking hands with the Doctor in a matter of minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful, the office was extremely clean and very nice, and most importantly the adjustment was great. Went back a second time a couple weeks later and was still just as pleased. The staff remembered me when I arrived, experienced the same great service, and had another terrific adjustment. Cannot say enough good things about this place. You will struggle to find a more affordable and efficient office.

Dr. Jacques is the best, always positive and informative when I have health or fitness questions. He listens and cares about the big picture of what’s going on with your body. He immediately puts you at ease prior to your adjustment — I’ve had chiropractic care for years and it is essential to every function in your body ie Nervous system, muscles etc! It’s easy, it’s relaxing and I feel amazing when I leave. The Joint is about wellness not just a one time fix, but we are worth the time to take care of ourselves! Dr. Jacques Allmand has been my chiropractor for many years, he is outstanding on every level. His knowledge of the body, spine and clinical nutrition is impressive. I am a very active person with Bootcamp, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Hiking, etc. I feel to function at my best I require regular adjustments for my overall wellness. The Joint has made chiropractic care affordable which means no more insurance nightmares and very convenient. No appointment necessary which I love with my hectic schedule. I try to make it there between Monday-​Thursday to see Dr. Jacques.

I have been seeing Dr. Jacques now for a few months and have been very pleased with him as my chiropractor. He took the time to ask me why I was coming to the Joint and has asked follow up questions regarding my progress each time I come in. He has a great personality and is always friendly and professional. I highly recommend going to see him if you are dealing with pain.
The front desk girls have also been great. I was hesitant to sign up right away for the monthly membership, so instead I bought a package to start. There was no pressure and after I finished my package I signed up for the membership because I felt comfortable and was really pleased with the adjustments from Dr. Jacques!
It is great to be able to get adjusted on a regular basis at a price that I can actually afford!

Dr. Jacques Allmand is literally THE FREAKING BEST chiropractor in the world! As many others unfortunate enough to be working 9am to 5pm desk jobs, I experienced horrid neck and back aches a few months ago. With some reluctance at first, I decided to give the chiropractor a chance. Seriously– the best decision of my life though! I can’t even remember what a back ache feels like! My advice to anyone experiencing any sort of back/​neck pain is to skip the unnecessary MD prescriptions for pain-​killers with nasty side effects, and instead go the natural, probably cheaper, and more effective visit to Dr. Jacques @The Joint! #Seriously
