Taco Bell

Today I wanted to try the new quesalupa. I went through the Drive Thru and ordered a chicken quesalupa. The woman who was working the drive through confirmed that my order was correct. When I pulled up to the window to pay for my food, the cashier asked «If I ordered beef .» «I said no, I wanted chicken.» So I pay for my food and drive back to my office. When I finally get to do a taste test, I find that there isn’t only chicken in my quesalupa, there is portions of ground beef. Clearly whoever made this, originally made if beef, dumped it out and filled it with chicken instead of making a new one. This is disgusting. Not only do I question their sanitary policies, but how many other customers are they doing this to? Was it that hard to do your job and provide excellent customer service? As in making a new one? I’m highly disappointed in your service. I suggest going to a different Taco Bell location, especially if you are concerned about your health. I wasted my money and had to throw the food item away.

Don’t come here if you are on your lunch break. It’s the slowest drive thru Taco Bell in existence.
Seriously 15 minute waits with 2 cars in line is ridiculous.
Not a one time thing either, this happens all the time, which is why I’m giving you forewarning.
Better off waiting for tacos at a non «fast food» place.
The manager needs to do something asap or they need a new manager.
Not to mention they never give me a god damn spork for my mexican pizza. Am I supposed to eat with my hands like it was a real pizza? –_–

I love Taco Bell, but this location always, every single time, forgets something or doesn’t do the order correct. I’ve gone to this location about 7 times maybe more and they’ve messed it up EVERY TIME.

I dont like this place. They have no time set. We were 20 min early before they closing. And they said they already shut down register. Is business duh

Unilocal says open till 1am and over the course of 3 months they have been closing whenever they feel like it. Sometimes 10:30, other times closer to 11. But never, I mean never have I seen it open till 1. Probably due to shady managers/​owners.

The two star is only for the service at this particular location. Order took over 15 minutes and we were the only ones inside.
I do like the new Boss wraps, so far I’ve only tried the steak and potatoes one. It’s like a crunch wrap + loaded potato griller in one. Has steak, potatoes, bacon, sour cream, jalapeño sauce. Pretty good. Will try the other one another time.
People working here are on and off. One time I came here alone, and the drive thru guy just kept trying sleazy pick up lines which is very unprofessional. Today, the cashier girl was nice.

One of the worst maintained Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to. Took 5 minutes for someone even to come up to the front and it’s so damn dirty.

I walked in & waited for a few minutes for service. I was the only one in the place & the employees were just walking around behind the counter. One came up to the register after a while & I walked up to her to give her my order, but as soon as I walked up, she walked away avoiding eye contact. I waited a little longer getting irritated. It’s been 5 minutes & I asked another employee «can you or someone take my order?» & she replied super rudely, «ugh in a minute» & walks away. I just left after that. This place sucks & those employees should be fired.

All of my experiences after my initial have been way better ! The service is better each time I go. They are through and fast. I absolutely looooove their starburst freezes !!! Food is good for the prices that you pay.

One time they didn’t give me enough hot sauce and that made me sad.
Otherwise, it’s Taco Bell. Doesn’t really change from restaurant to restaurant.

What has happened to Taco Bell in the last decade or so? They used to be one of my favorite tex mex fast food places. This one on Beach Blvd. not only got my order wrong, but was so skimpy on the burrito fillings I thought I was eating a plain tortilla!!! For $ 2.50? Get it together guys or if I need my FF Taco fix I will go to the Del, At least they make fresh food and not stuff boiled in bags. I will admit I love Taco Bell’s shredded chicken… but what is in it? MSG and more crap? I get heartburn thinking of Taco Bell. Growing up as a kid, I LOVED these fast food places, like Tijuana Taco in Novato, CA. They had LOTS of real very thinly shredded cheddar cheese on all tacos and burritos. Now, a few strands of plastic cheese, fake meat, poor produce etc. Now, instead of Taco Bell trying to go back to it’s origins of semi-​ok cheap food, they are going even deeper into the most trashy and garbage food possible, like Carl’s Jr., and targeting 17 year old boys with trashy commercials etc. If I want a crunchy taco… I don’t want the word «Doritos» associated with it ok? PLEASE, go back, restart to the beginning and simply make a great simple fast good taco and forget all the gimics. Huntington Beach Taco Bell on Beach Blvd. south of the 405 by Warner ave. needs to get it’s shit together and serve edible food and not tortillas with nothing really in them. As far as the newer menu, if you want to serve breakfast Taco Bell, please use real, fresh cracked eggs from real chickens and not that pour out of a carton crap. I can go on and on… done for now. By far, the best Taco Bell in the area. The employees work quickly and efficiently. Elijio, one of the employees, has got to be one of the sweetest and caring employees ever. He actually talks to the customers and attempts to get them to purchase more, and I really can’t hate that.
The food was great. The meal deals are the way to go if you are looking after your wallet. Please give this place props

It’s Taco Bell. My firearm instructor was stuck in traffic, so one of the guys working the counter at The Firing Line told me, «He’s gonna be an hour late, you might want to get something to eat.» So drove down Beach and ran for the border.
Had that new double-​steak quesodilla. Unlike the thin torilla and copious amounts of greasy cheese youll get at Del Taco, this one had a thicker tortilla and was queso-​grease free. Wash it down with a raspberry tea (the second most healthy drink Taco Bell offers) and I was good. Not good for you, but works in a pinch when you need to kill time becuase your firearm instructor is running late.

Give it up for these people, there are a few Taco Bells in the surrounding area but they take good care of their customers here. From the fast, accurate drive thru when I’m in a rush on my lunch break to the excellent customer I get when i am just trying to pick up take out for me and my family. Very friendly staff and good tasting fresh food. Way to go TB!

I ordered the XXL Grilled Stuffed Chicken Burrito for $ 4.79.
The Chicken was juicy and plentiful, the Cheese was great and the Flour Tortilla was excellent.
This Drive Thru has a Rain-​Protection Covering at the Order Speaker and at the Order Window. Bravo!

Yep, it’s Taco Bell alright. And yeah, it is just alright. They just remodeled it, so it is clean and modern, plus the staff here seems really good and friendly. However, at the end of the day, it is still just Taco Bell.
