Spotless Carpets

I had a few bad spots on my carpet from my roommoates puppy who was not potty trained and spotless carpets got all of them out! they did a great job! and i was running a little late and the guy was so friendly about it! Great costumer service and great job done! Definitely recommend spotless carpets and will use again.

Spotless Carpet (aka OC Carpet Cleaners, aka Stainless Carpet)
When another carpet company left me hanging literally at the last second, we got on-​line and started searching for another company to come clean our carpets. We found OC Carpet Cleaners and called to see if they had any same day openings. They were booked but said they’d call us back if they were able to squeeze us in sometime that day. If not, they’d ask the technician if he’d be willing to do the job on Sunday (usually they are closed on Sunday). Saturday 4.30pm rolls around and no call to squeeze us in… We called them and they confirmed they’d be able to do it the next morning at 7.30am and quoted us $ 120 for two bedroom apartment with large dining/​living room area, hallway and closets. Seemed fair and I was desperate!
The next morning the van shows up bright and early and Gary, the technician got to work! He was friendly and we were so thankful he came to our rescue since we had the final inspection on Monday. He did a quick and thorough job. I’d definitely call this company again next time I need my carpets cleaned! He gave us our receipt and made sure to make a note that the entire carpet had been cleaned in case our landlord wanted a copy.
I’d def do business with Spotless Carpets again ~ and would recommend them to friends. Thanks for a job well done Gary (and saving us in a bind) !!
But one question~~ why do you have to have so many names for one company? Seems you could get better word of mouth referrals if you went by one company name.
