Do not go here they don’t even know what they are doing and extremely inexperienced. I don’t trust taking my car here. Brought it the first time because my car was making strange noises and it was closer to my house .The guy didn’t understand y my car was making noises so he had me test drive it to figure what the noise was… He had no idea. He thought it was a rock or stick stuck in my car or something .
I decided whatever this guy is an idiot I’m just gonna go to dealership. Turns out my breaks were completely worn out. No problem got my car repaired In a day. Didn’t have to go through the hassle of test driving my own car around the block to listen to the noise or anything problem was fixed instantly!

I am so shocked how rude one of the men was to me. I stopped in for a quick smog … He plugged my car in to something that was checking for any power issues before the actual smog check. He said there was a fuse out somewhere. This must be located or it was going to fail. I had no problem with that. I asked how he was going to find the blown fuse. He then rolled his eyes at me and said he had to find the problem before he could test. I said I get that. I told him I was short on time and wondered how long… He rolled his eyes again and said «until I find it!» Really? I get that… I asked … Do you take out every fuse and look at it? He said no rolled his eyes and then walked away. There was another man there too. He was nice and was trying to to say something … But I was so close to blowing my top I said not to worry about and it was clear the other guy did t want to deal with me. Could not believe it. So I went somewhere else… Yeah NO problem with fuses. They wanted to charge me $ 20 just for them to find it. I guess this is another example of women getting treated like morons. Whatever. Jerk!

My truck found another excuse to visit Dana at S&D (catalytic converter). I dropped off the truck and my son and I walked over to Chuck E. Cheese’s to play some games. Ninety minutes or so later, Dana came in to tell me my truck was finished. He could have just called my cell phone, but that’s the kind of guy he is. When my wife’s Tahoe needs service, we’ll be taking it to S&D, too.

Dana is a star. This shop was able to fix my electrical problem, when another shop wasn’t able to diagnose it. While I was there, a Nissan dealer delivered a customers car to have them repair the electrical problem in the air conditioning. A small shop that treated me very well and gave me a great deal

I’ve follwed Dana to this location from his SB spot. I feel he is honest and I can trust him with my car. It’s a little older and the dealer would have both arms and legs by now.
It was interesting to find out a bunch of people I knew went to him also unknown to all of us. But we all knew Dana.

We’ve been using S&D since Dana bought the business. S&D has saved us a fortune, and the work is very reasonable. Our experience is that Dana stands behind his work. It’s good to have a neighborhood mechanic who is honest and reliable.
