Have used Logan for 10 years. Always a good job, always professional. Carpets and grout/​tile come out fabulous. Prices are fantastic too!

I started using Logan after seeing the great job he always did on the carpets at work. The owner had 2 dogs, that I loved having at work, but they would pee inside more often than going outside and it would stain and smell. Logan would always be able to get not only the stains but also the awful smell out of the carpet every time.
At my residence I have «apartment carpet» that sucks, but he’s been able to make it look new and was even able to get out that «mystery» stain that no one would confess to making or knowing what it even was.
He has always been professional and if he is running a little late… ALWAYS calls.

I scheduled a morning appointment for carpet cleaning 2 weeks in advance because they were so booked up. It was set for 8:00am (first one of the day). 9:00am rolled around and they hadn’t showed up. I called several times and it went straight to voicemail. Left a message. It’s now 10:15a and they never showed or called me. Worst service ever!

Let me start by saying I have had some bad experiences with service people coming in my home in the past. I was pleasantly surprised when Logan showed up on time looking very professional. He was very thorough with his walk through and did an even better job cleaning my carpets. I am having them back to clean my couch and love seat in a couple of months. Would definitely recommend Ready Clean!
