I requested that they come out and clean out my dryer vent in my condo. When they came in, we also wanted them to provide some estimates for some other possible tasks. They provided an initial estimate that rapidly went up after they took a closer look. I should have stopped there to get another estimate from another company, but moved forward with them. They completed the work, but I’ve never had the work that they did done before, so I don’t know how it compares to other providers.
I do think it’s strange that the invoice I provided was for a different company — USA Air Care — than the company I thought I was engaging with. The guys also mentioned that the were from USA Air Care, as opposed to Long Beach Carpet and Air Duct cleaning.
The work seems fine, but not a fan of what seems like a bait and switch with regard to the pricing and business.
