It was quick, simple, and easy. I requested a quote through Unilocal and got a response in a few minutes. Since I was local, I called to make an appointment. Mark was right on time and he had everything shredded in a minute. It was so much faster with less hassle than trying to shred a box full of documents on my own. I’ll definitely give him a call again when I have more to shred.

We had a great experience with Mark at PFS Shredding Services. He had perfect timing and was able to come exactly when we needed him. He was kind and polite, got to work and got it done. His truck was not that loud and fit right into a fairly tight area. Of course, he had excellent skills in backing the truck in. The papers that get shredded are in a locked area in the truck for complete safety. I feel 100% confident in recommending Mark at PFS Shredding.

I called the top 6 in Unilocal.Two phone numbers were disconnected. Two picked up my material and take back to their location which I did not want. I want to ensure its done at my location.
Mark was the only one who took my call and set up an appointment for the next day. I had to leave messages for the other companies. None of which called me back.
Mark came out and was courteous and even showed me how it all worked. I estimated about 20 boxes and was given a price. I underestimated and it was more like 30. Price went up slightly but was still less than the ones who would come to pick up and take back to their place.
I am extremely happy with this job. He took no time at all. About 13 minutes to shred.
His machine, as big as a trash truck, is very impressive. He recycles the paper afterwards.
I do this every 2 years and will definitely use him. He even has a small shredder for your office and picks up monthly. Great service.

After using this service today, I can understand why their ratings are so high! I called this morning, got a quote much lower than 2 other companies and met them at their facility this afternoon. Mark was extremely polite and efficient. Ten minutes and $ 50 later, my 200 lbs of documents had been shredded. I will most certainly use this service again.

Easy breezy! Very easy to work with. They arrive on time and as promised. I’ve had problems with shredding companies in the past not showing up or hard to contact once an appointment had been scheduled. I like dealing with small business owners because their customer service is on point, unlike bigger shredding companies you call and you are taking to someone in Iowa. These guys are local and easy to communicate with. All shredding is done onsite and the prices are great! Recommend!
