The most pain in the butt Pep Boys I ever been to. Rude people and not helpful. Made me wait 2 hrs to test to see if a battery for them to honor a replacement under warranty. I went to other Boys and I was out within 5 min, no hassle.

I went in with a simple question as to if someone could help me see what was wrong with my headlights. The service guy seemed a little bothered with the question when I asked if he could help me and that maybe it was a fuse… He said that it wasn’t a fuse. Told me it could be electrical, wiring something not as easy as a fuse. Went on to say a few other things. Never once said can we take a look… Guy was useless… I’ve never had such terrible service there!

Quick quote. Dropped it off and all went smoothly. Then I called to assure what time it would be done and the guy told me within the hour. This was about 3 hours after I dropped it off. I had my wife drop me off and then Boom! The service guy said oops more like another hour. I’m sitting here pissed. That is why I called, so I wouldn’t get screwed. But like most days things stuff happens. I’m trying to be positive and get over my immediate anger. So I give them the two stars. Lol.
Well they finished in 20 more minutes. Not bad. So I have to adjust the rating back to four.

About a month ago I had a flat tire and they fixed it right away and I made it to school on time. I want to thank Jim K. for helping me today as I had a bad front wheel bearing. Jim K. is friendly and easy to talk to about my car. I appreciate the great waiting room and the wi-​fi. Car repairs are not fun but this Pep Boys makes the experience enjoyable. I love the location as it is close to shopping. Thank you Jim K. for the great service today. I love making a reservation on line as I know my car will get worked.

Was turned away at 6:30 when I requested to get my oil changed. I verified and they don’t close toll 8. #customerservicefail

This pep boys hires the best employees. We had hard-​to-​figure-​out electrical problems on our older van, but our mechanic (Que) did not give up! He replaced several parts (which were covered under warranty), did some rewiring, and now our van runs like new. What a relief! Hector, the service manager, is so down-​to-​earth, knowledgable, and honest. Eric, Jim and all the service guys we’ve dealt with are friendly and helpful. The prices are unbeatable, too, if you use the corporate coupons (easy to find online.) Thanks Que and Hector!

I am so upset with this place. I made an appointment online for an oil change and all the times were blocked out except for 6pm and 7pm. So I made a 7pm appointment and get a call saying 7 is too late because they close at 8. I’m confused because if it’s too late then why have that time slot available for appointments? So I said ok that’s fine, could I come at 6:30 and The gentleman tells me yes that’s great. Well when I get there at 6:20pm, he tells me it’s too late and they can’t do my oil change. I said well when I spoke to you I said 6:30 and he said yeah well I made it for 6. Ok so how is that my problem? You close at 8pm and its 6:20 and I’m just there for an oil change which takes all of 30 minutes. Just pure laziness. I’m not going to say the mans name but sir you are not nice.

I have taken my older vehicle to this location 5 – 6 times for repairs. The staff here are amazing! They always treat me politely and are very friendly and pleasant. I never worry about being cheated because the service guys have always been very honest with me. I could not recommend this location more!!!

Nice guys, a little pricey but I know it’s accurate so that’s why I go there for simpler repairs. I would definitely recommend.

Jim at this Pep Boys is a peach! My rearview mirror melted off over the weekend in Vegas with the 114 degree weather??? Rather than simply direct me to the glue, he did the process (more than you would think) of getting my mirror back with a smile and no charge other than the glue. WoW! I am so grateful as a single girl not to be taken advantage of. Thank you Jim!

Matt H was outstanding and provided incredible customer service. Made shopping very easy! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to but, most of all he was EXTREMELY PATIENT with a guy that knows nothing about cars!

They have very little people in the store, their prices are a little high, but they have a decent selection.
Stood at the register for 5 mins, could not find one person to ring me up, one employee walked by without acknowledging me. Finally just walked out because I couldn’t pay.
I’d go down the street to auto zone.

Decent sized store and inventory. They had JASO-​MA2 oils… thumbs up. They will pre-​order and get items shipped to store from their Artesia warehouse, for those of you who aren’t familiar with

BTW, lulz at people giving negative reviews for their service dept… what planet are you from? Welcome to Earth, this is Pep Boys, and they are shit for service up and down the state.

This Pep-boy’s is located next to the 99 cent store.
They have a lot of parts for most vehicles and have pretty cheap tires and a large services department.
What makes this pep-boy’s better then the other parts stores is that it has been remodeled and all the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I use pep-boy’s for all my automotive needs.
If you have a problem with your car and you need to get it serviced ask for a staff member named Jimmy. He always takes care of me and that’s why I keep coming back.
I would say I’m a regular and a pep boy’s local!

I find that at this particular location, service is better than average. Far better. I wouldn’t think of getting my tires anywhere else, because of the excellent service, and willingness to treat me like a valued customer. I had a blow out 2 days ago on a tire I had bought in November without the extended warranty. They pro-​rated it for me.
This location has people that seem engaged and care.

Most excellent customer service from an automotive service/​parts store I’ve ever received. Service Manager Hector goes above & beyond with each and every customer he interacts with. He helped me with a Check Engine Light code. Turned out to be the MAF. He has experience & knows what he’s doing! He helped other customers while helping me & solved their issues as well. What a great leader! Pep Boys is truly blessed to have such an employee representing their name, & I am spoiled to have them so close by!

The guys here are total nice… i called in the night before to ask if they had a specific part for my car in stock. They did so they put it on hold for me till the next day… i picked it up with no problem, took it to my mechanic and my car was all better the same day.
Went back and returned the core for my refund and was in and out in a jiffy. My experience here was totally easy and the customer service was great!
