Lucy’s Fluff N Fold Laundromat

They do an amazing job and just knowing that Tisha’s fingers have been on them makes me feel safe. All jokes aside, we’ve been bringing our clothes here for over 2 years and we can’t imagine life without them. They do a great job and swear by them!

After my washer broke I tried a few different lauyndrymats and this was the best one. It’s nice and clean. Machines are newer and I can do up to 8 loads at once and then dry them with the giant dryers. It’s great.

I bring all the laundry from my job here (a big bag about every week) and they do a great job laundering it all. They are super fast, and the customer service is amazing. They know my car when I pull up, and carry out my bags so I don’t have to (I’m 8 months pregnant). I definitely recommend Lucy’s!

Literally the best laundromat in Huntington! Ive been coming here for about two years now. Its always super clean and neat thanks to the awesome cleaning staff. Also, I want to acknowledge their manager Tisha. You can tell she really cares about where she works and her customer service is outstanding. She really goes above and beyond to help the customers and make sure everyone is doing okay. She is a huge asset to this company. I wont go anywhere else!

Love this laundry mat. Moved to this area a few months ago and this is the cleanest and highest quality I’ve seen here. The customer service is always great too. Tisha has always been a great help.

Tish is the person in charge that will provide you with all your needs if it’s just dropping of your laundry to needing help around the laundromat of washing your own clothes personally. Friendly and helpful services provided to you daily. Over my time and years using Lucy’s services Tish has become like family to me.

The readon this laundromat stands above the rest are the staff members. Every one I’ve met has a great attitude and is friendly. I’m sure it’s a tuff job on their feet, but they are attentive to all customers. Laundry orders are completed on-​time & delivered neatly. My 2 suggestions are fir the owner to add another fan during hot afternoons. 1 fan doesn’t cut it. Also, put in a drink machine!

So surprisingly impressed! We took in just over 92lbs of laundry, mostly clothing. Don’t ask… While reluctant at first to put, quite literally, all of our clothes into Trey’s hands, I am beyond happy that I did. Trey is a bit OCD and that is a good thing in the fluff and fold business. The clothes were sorted by style, gender and color. An absolute breeze to put away. We were able to hit the reset button on the disaster that was our wardrobe. Trey was professional, honest, kind! Very pleased we used this business.

I must have caught them on an off day as I initially went to do laundry here based on great reviews but it was anything but great! Smelly old moldy washers, floor was filthy and wet had I dropped a sock or something I would have had to wash it all over again. I asked the lady for the restroom key she said it was open… I tried it… It wasn’t… I told her and she just shrugged. Granted this one isn’t so much their fault but homeless guy sat on the bench outside was completely cray. Really was just looking to wash my clothes but this place is not even close to being good enough

My go-​to place to wash clothes! Friendly staff is important in any and all business. They offer a wash and fold service, which is a plus, though i I prefer to do my own laundry. Restroom is clean and all machines are always working properly. Very clean place in general.

I have used a lot of coin laundry places around HB. But I have to say that this is one of the nicest. It was clean and we’ll maintained. I would go back any time. Only thing I didn’t like was the cost of the single load machines. A little over priced.

Excellent establishment. I haven’t used their machines, opting for the wash n fold service (super affordable), as the machines at my place of residence are sub par to say the least. Additionally, my laziness levels are off the charts.
The two employees I have come into contact with in my few visits have both been wonderful in their own way.
I’m a space cadet. Lock my keys in my car frequently enough for AAA to pay for itself easily, and my first visit in I obviously left a bag of dry cleaning on a bench (they don’t provide that service but there is a dry cleaner within 100 feet.
So without me even having to call it was set aside marked and returned to me promptly.
Second visit I leave clothes on the hanger. Once again, it is immediately labeled and set aside for pickup the next day, so I arrived about a week later. (Space cadet thing, remember?)
******they accept TIPS on these drop off orders. I’m not sure the exact dollar amount, but there has to be a base charge on forcing a stranger to fold your fluorescent thongs******

Just tried this place out today so clean my king sized comforters and sheets. Clean place and only a few people there! I didn’t have to wait for any machines and an hour later I was done with my clean bedding!
Definitely will be returning!

They did a wonderful job and the cost point was great! Thank you so much for saving me the time and effort of this ‘chore’ so I could focus on my new job.

We love this place. The laundromat is called Beach City and the Fluff N Fold is called Lucy’s. We’ve used the FnF in a pinch and they’ve done a great job, but mostly the BF and I come here every week to do our own laundry and it’s just our favorite laundromat. We even drive much further than necessary to come here because it is very clean, not sketchy, and never too busy. In 2 years, we have never had an issue with a broken machine or a single lost quarter, or any rudeness from the attendant. She is always super helpful even if she is talking on the phone or gasping to episodes of CSI while she’s folding. We can’t wait to have our own washer and dryer, but until we do, we are Lucy’s loyal.

AMAZING! I dropped 43lbs (Hey, I’m a woman. What can I say?) of laundry off and picked it up the next day nicely cleaned and folded. Kelly was so sweet and helpful. This was my first time and she explained everything, was friendly, and even made sure that I got my laundry back at a timely manner ever though I dropped it off 30 mins before closing time the night before. My laundry is perfectly washed, separated, folded, organized and were on hangers. All for about $ 50! WORTH IT!

I LOVE LUCY’S! Seriously, they are the best! If I could give them an extra-​bonus star I would.
We’ve been a customer for a couple of months and I don’t have a single complaint. We use them almost weekly for a vacation rental home, so it’s big loads of towels, sheets, comforters, etc. The cost is more than reasonable for the services provided and the pick-​up/​delivery is a big bonus. I really like the way everything gets wrapped so it stays folded neatly in the bags. We have had some bedding items dry cleaned and they’ve done an excellent job. I could not be happier!
Gary is reliable, thoughtful and an excellent communicator. He obviously takes this business and the customer’s satisfaction very seriously. It’s hard to find good old-​fashioned customer service like this these days.
