Customer service was very good and the food was hot, good and they take care of their customers needs.

Not only was my burger cold and not cooked but I asked for light lettuce and they put a half a head of lettuce in it! I can’t believe this place is still open given the reviews. The service was awful. I am never eating here again!

Food was extremely fresh and delicious. Excellent service with a friendly staff and manager. For sure one of my best experiences at a Carl’s Jr.

This place used to be great prior to the rebuild. now the facility is nice but the staff is not nearly as efficient and the food is horrible. I have been here 3 times since the rebuild. Twice my order was wrong. The 3^rd time my food was cold. I will not be frequenting this location and advise you to find another location as well.

The worst customer service I have EVER had. I don’t eat at fast food very often, but my dad asked me to pick up some burgers on my way home and gave me a coupon and money to use. I ordered the food and when I got to the drive thru window I handed the employee the money and said «Here, I have a coupon.» She gave me my change and it seemed like it was not enough and I asked her if she applied the coupon. The employee paused for a moment and then said yes. I pulled the receipt out and looked and sure enough, she did not apply the coupon. I let her know and she became irritated and said, «You didn’t tell me you had a coupon when you were ordering.» I said I was was sorry, but that I did let her know when I paid and handed it to her. She repeated, «But you didn’t tell me when you ordered.» Again, I apologized. She became even more irritated and told me that she was going to have to redo the whole transaction. I said that was fine and that I would wait (After-​all, it wasn’t my money. It was my dads, and he’s very cheap –hence the coupon). She called over her manager who was even more rude. I have never dealt with an employee being so rude before. She basically told me that it was all my fault and she was pissed that she had to redo the whole transaction. I told her that I was really sorry and I did not know that I was supposed to notify them upon ordering that I had a coupon –it does not say so anywhere on the coupon (I checked). While she was redoing our transaction the original employee came up to her and said sorry to the manager, to which the manager replied loudly, «It’s not YOUR fault.» Also, I’m pretty sure I heard her call me a bitch. The manager gave me the difference the coupon allotted and sent me on my way. She never gave me any of the receipts so I couldn’t even write a complaint to corporate. To top things off, when we got home, we were missing part of our order. I have never ever dealt with such horrible customer service before, ever. I was extremely nice and patient with them and even said thank you after everything was said and done. I myself work in customer service so I understand the frustration –but it is never ever okay to treat any human being how they treated me (and I’m sure other customers). I wish I knew there names –all I do know is that the manager/​supervisor had green hair.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARLS JR!!! It pains me to even give them one star.

This place will make you pull out of the drive thru and wait over 10 minutes for your order when no one is in line. The service is mediocre and damned if I’ll ever try to get them to fix a mistake they’re hard enough. Fuck this location

Best fast food around. We love this Carl’s, the employees and manager are very friendly and attentive and always ready to get anything we need. The food is always fresh and good and can be easily customized. My favorite place to go!

have been here twice: first time was a Friday during lent, got the fish sandwich– sucked; got zucchini & onion rings-​I couldn’t tell the difference between one or the other.
went back today, drive-​thru, they had me waiting ~15mins…couldn’t leave cuz I paid them with credit card. the only good thing about this place is that’s it’s close to my place

They tore it to the ground and rebuilt it, and got all new employees who have been amazing! They turned it around… I get food for my daughter there and now I will be back.

I ordered the Sausage Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich for $ 2.99
The Sausage was juicy, the Scrambled Eggs were delicious, the Cheese was overflowing and the grilled Sourdough Bread was great.
A great Meal from this Drive Thru.

2 stars for the clean new building, that’s all that was good here. Horrible service (from the manager) and got the order wrong, as usual…

Went inside for the first time! I was shocked how much it has changed! Went from a shithole to a nice place! Great customer service and Food tasting really nice and fresh

This Carl’s Jr. use to have very good service but now your lucky if they get your order right. Always check your food before leaving. They miss ordered items and if you order a specific burger without something on it well good luck getting what you want. Also, I have noticed they are not open at 530am as advertised. This place has gone downhill.

Unilocaling a fast food place because they suck so bad. 19 minutes in drive thru. Ordered 2 number 4’s; one with onion rings, one with fries, and they forget the fries. GARBAGE!

Been here twice and the food was mediocre. The service improved greatly since the first time I went, but the food quality and overall experience was awful. The fries were cooked in old oil, I can tell because I use to work at a Carl’s jr. The ranch sauce I received was old and there was no date on them. The guacamole on my husbands burger was a spoonful of guacamole and the rest was all onion! The $ 6 patty had been sitting for a while, which is odd because it was 9am and usually its «cook to order».Also while we were there, the manager (or person in charge) started to yell at a cook over a biscuit pan and everybody in the restaurant could hear it. I can only assume it was a manager since she had no uniform on. A person in charge should handle themselves in a more professional matter. Bad experience overall and decided not to go back there anymore. As someone who worked for corporate I know the standards of Carl’s jr but I suppose since this is a franchise they decided not to care.

Why am I reviewing fast food?! Look all locations are different and this carls deserves a specific shout out. I always order the low carb burger and some locations butcher it (punny) but I just devoured the yummiest, freshest, and neatly put together low carb burger. Thank you beach and Yorktown location :))

I wouldn’t write a review of a massive chain fast food place if it didn’t stand out. This is an excellent Carl’s Jr. Open 24 hours, and I’ve always gotten great service here. Most drive through fast food is inconsistent, but not this Carl’s. My last order if a Turkey Burger and Criss Cut fries at an ungodly hour of the night were fresh and cooked perfectly. When asked if I wanted any sauce I said, «Ranch.» I didn’t get the usual container of «House Dressing,» but a refrigerated side of real Ranch dressing. Plus, it’s a Green Burrito. Best Carl’s I know of.

My first Unilocal review! My boyfriend and I were both craving fast food greasy goodness after completing a 20 mile training run in Huntington Beach and happened upon this Carl’s Jr. location.
Rather than dine inside we chose to order the following from the drive-​thru: two orders of the number 14: Charbroiled Santa Fe Chicken sandwich, CrissCut fries and a medium drink; in addition to an order of chicken tenders (5 pieces).
The attendant who rang up our order was pleasant and struck up a conversation with my boyfriend about the «unbelievable rain» we were having. Although I found the service to be particularly friendly and fast, I think the attendant should have spent less time chitchatting and paid more attention to our order: we arrived home to discover he had forgotten to include honey mustard sauce for our chicken tenders and straws for our drinks. Curses! Otherwise, I found the quality of the food to be decent and our overall order to be reasonably priced.

This location has never diappointed me. Since it’s the closest Carl’s to my place, I’ve been here quite a few times and everytime things have been just fine. Order is fresh and correct, and there’s no homeless people to be seen. Their drivethru is a litle sketchy– just really tight corners so you have to be careful while manuevering thru– there’s little room for mistake.
Service is always really friendly– but I’ve never actually eaten inside.
