DONT COME HERE!!! This is worst experience i ever had at a drive threw at night this place sucks real bad, first we get 2 separated orders, then we pull up to window and give the fat hippo ass mexican chick our change then after that she starts yellin at the workers in the back saying «what the fuck really?» and also sayin «fuck guys hurry up» then she starts dancing around and stretching behind the counter and im just watchin like shouldn’t you be getting our food? and all we ordered was 3 spicy chicken sandwiches so she keeps dancing then she starts laughin with the workers and also were the only customers, no joke i had turn off my car and waited 9mins!!! i timed it! i was like woooooow really and now i got like 3 other people behind probably all pist off, SO DONT BLAME ME ITS THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE. Once she gave me my food i told her thanks for the horrible horrible service looks like you had fun dancing your fatass off and then i drove away… DONTTTT COME HERE!!!

Normally I would never write a review about something fast food, but this place just pissed me off! I went through the drive though just to order a breakfast sandwich for something to eat. First off, the order taker had problems taking my order, how could you not understand when you just order a sandwich??? I hate the crap they give you if you want to «make it a medium or large» No idiots… I’ll let you know if I want to make it a large! So I get home to eat my quick breakfast, and low and behold, they give me the wrong breakfast… now there’s a surprise!
I’m sorry, but these are the employees asking for $ 15.00 per hour in year 2020? Nothing is worse than getting the wrong order when you get home… just like Joe Pesci once said in a Lethal Weapon movie… they fuck you at the drive through!!!

Anybody remember the days when they cooked the burgers in the restaurant, those days are long gone. I had the All natural burger. The beef was dry, cold and rubbery. There was no way this was cooked in house, I spoke to the manager who confirmed that. There is no grill or any other cooking apparatus in site. The fried zucchini was good though. I’ll stick to In & Out.

For fast food 4 stars.
The Diablo burger is the best fast food urged I have ever had… So juicy and thick. Loaded. The jalapeño poppers make it. With the crunch of the sliced jalapeños. Try it… you will order it every time.
The fries were very undercooked. Which is something they should have down to a science.

Your basic Carl’s Jr. They remodeled the place and now there’s far less indoor seating but other than that your run-​of-​the-​mill fast food place

Well this is sad… Reviewing a Carl’s jr but my meal was so bad I just want to let anyone know that this little slice of heaven isn’t worth the gas, time or money.
Bought my wife a Santa fa chicken sandwich and she couldn’t bit into it. Turns out they forgot to remove it from the wrapper before putting it on the bun. And when you bite into it’s like gristle but your teeth can’t get through and the best part is they offered a refund or a replacement. Don’t think I’m ever going back and I going to make sure any one I meet will never go there.

You know Carls Jr right? Well if you don’t, this place is all about meat in your face :-D That was actually their advertising campaign for a while.
Fun fact: there is almost no vegetarian options here. You can’t even order a regular salad without some kind of meat on it. My vegetarian friend ended up getting a bean and cheese burrito and a small side salad.
This place is alright if you want to load up on meat and cheese for a low price…

Service is fast and the workers are all very kind. Unlike some fast food restaurants, their bathrooms are very clean as well! 5 stars because I have never been dissapointed in them.

2 ½ stars. This place has just recovered from a new remodeling and it looks pretty good. But I thought all Green Burrito Carl’s Jr had a salsa bar where you could grab jalapeños and such. This one doesn’t have that so I was a little disappointed.
I ordered the new Western burger and it tastes pretty much like every other Carl’s Jr. So what did I really like about it? As I was sitting at my table one of the workers came up, asked me if I wanted ketchup and actually got me some. She then came back up later on asked if I wanted more to drink and grabbed my cup and refilled it. Finally she grabbed my tray and trash at the end of the meal and emptied for me! I felt like I was in a Carl’s Jr restaurant styl rather than a fast food joint. This is pretty cool and I give kudos to the whole staff here.

Server’s will bring your order to you and clear your tray, now that’s service. It was clean and the food… Well it’s fast food, don’t be expecting a Michelin star

I’ve never liked Carl’s Jr., mediocre burgers, bland chicken sandwiches, and their bread tastes plastic and phoney, like, where in the hell do they get their bread/​buns, they’ve got a really weird «off» taste and texture I’ve never encountered anywhere else.
The fries are marginally good and I tried some sort of crispy ground meat burrito thing and it tasted liked it was deep-​fried in rancid oil. Also tried the «country» breakfast burrito and it was one of the worst breakfast burritos I’ve ever had. As for their $ 6.00 something-​or-​other burgers, I wouldn’t pay 6 cents for one.
Nothing against Carl Karcher and his family, I believe they are generous, caring, good people (gotta give an extra star for that), but as for Carl’s Jr. food… uuhhh, nuff said.

went here 2 pick up lunch since its near work.. .
drive thru had about 10 cars in it.. .but was lazy to go down and order food.. .so i was thinking it was going 2 take forever.. .but 2 my surprise it went relatively fast.. .im in love with their chicken wraps!!!
service was great! she gave me all the condiments i asked for with a smile!

Terrible. Poor quality food, and service even at night when noone is there. Avoid at all costs!

I only come here for a QUICK loaded breakfast burrito fix. Service is quick and you’ll feel sort’ve content on the burrito. It’s not the largest in the world, but I guess you get what you pay for. ($ 3ish)

Tried to get a quick bite before a workshop here. I don’t know if my expectations were too high, but I was hoping to sit down for 15 mins to scarf a burger down.
I don’t feel they can handle the lunch rush. I was given a tent number to wait for my meal at my table and I waited for about 10 – 15 mins. I had no time to eat and when I received my food I immediately asked for a to go bag. don’t you usually get your food within a few minutes typically at fast food joints? They should try to avoid using the numbers and just get that food out fast.
The fries I got were ok. not very warm.
it’s too bad I have such a strong liking towards their teriyaki burgers.

I’ve been going to this place for a while. Its the closest Carls Jr from my work and their drive-​thru is very efficient.
I will admit, Carls Jr is one of my fav fast food places. They have a couple of my fav burgers: double western bacon cheese burger, double six dollar burger. Add to that criss cut fries and a drink, that’s a meal and a half~
I just had their Big Carl today. It was supposed to be their competition to McDonald’s Big Mac. (Btw, I was one of the gluttonous idiots who asked for the Double Six Dollar Burger… 3 months later, they featured it~!) The Big Carl is rather a Big Disappointment, at its current state I am afraid. So much so, that I wrote Carls Jr another email on how to fix it.
«I found the Big Carl very lacking. While the Big Mac has an extra bun, that bun is also topped off w/​their sauce. The Big Carl that i had was rather dry. The two layers of cheese was a nice touch, along w/​the bigger patties, but when the patties get over-​cooked, they dryness stands out (which was the case in my burger) and I was left wanting more of the 1000Island sauce. Checking the bottom bun on my Big Carl, there was hardly any sauce. I was able to see the bottom bun.
«Another contrasting texture that I liked in the Big Mac was the pickles and onions: they gave an added dimension of crunch. But since the Big Carl did not have any of the fore-​mentioned veggies, I couldn’t help wanting that, since, this is a comparison.
«I LOVE the original Six Dollar Burger. I simply love the big patty and the veggies. The sweet dill pickles as well as the red onions has that extra crunch I really love.
«Here’s a suggestion: Six Dollar Big Carl Burger. Just use 1 patty… I think it would be sufficient. Two slices of cheese. Keep the lettuce, sweet dill pickles and red onions. Heavy on the 1000Island sauce. In further comparison, pickle to pickle, no contest in size, sweetness, taste, and crunchiness. And the onions actually look like onions, rather than copycat dots of white blandness. I think the Big Carl was on the right step. It just needed a few more steps. «
