Tai is great! Tai is the kind of trainer that lives what he preaches. He really does enjoy fitness and wants you to enjoy it too. His workouts are actually fun, which isn’t what most people think when they think about working out. I was looking for a trainer because with a job where I’m sitting all the time I needed to get back to being healthier and more tone and generally feel better physically. He keeps it interesting, he has exercises that work different body parts at once and challenges you at the same time. He keeps you moving the whole workout and is great at changing it up so you don’t get bored. He’s not the type of trainer to have you do 3 sets of anything, which is one of the things that I really appreciate about our workouts. I get bored with repetition, 3 exercises for 3 sets, ugh! But that’s not how Tai works. I think I have only done two sets of an exercise and that’s only happened once or twice. But he is also so knowledgeable. He’s helped me with nutrition and food intake, along with what I should be doing on the days that I don’t see him to see the best results. He understands that I don’t have the time or commitment to eat paleo and do two-a-days, he understands that I want to implement fitness into my daily life and has helped me make a plan and goals that are realistic for me. I highly recommend Tai if you’re looking for a really good trainer that really wants you to get better and reach your goals. I have so much more energy and am even able to run a little bit on my own. I look forward to our workouts and it helps that he is genuinely a really nice guy.
