Being doing my nails here for 3 months now. Can’t complain. The place is nice and clean and the prices are very good.

The worst customer service ever! I stopped here to get my eyebrows waxed. I walked in, the ONLY person there is the rudest person there. They open at 9am and it’s 9:37.He’s on the phone. So apparently, I disturbed him. I said Gd morning. He says «what you need» .I just want to get my brows waxed. He says, «she not here». At this point, I’m like who? Rudely he says, I don’t know what time she come and CONTINUED with his conversation on the phone .This was my first and last time at Vannas. It was convenient at the time but trust I’ll travel miles for good customer service .& Im done!

On June 8th 2013, I got a pedicure (or should I say an ambush) My toe was cut so bad that I have had to get medical attention. I have been going to this place for a while, and only with the same Tech, when I tried to talk with her and or the Owner I was treated with total dismissal. so they have left me with no choice but to seek legal recourse. If you patronize this place, just remember you are only welcome if you continue to spend your money, if a problem arise, you are on your own.
