I have called and complained on so many Burlingtons due to the lack of service. This one was about the same… until one day.
I went to check out and saw long lines and only 3 cashiers, thinking to myself oh jeez, shocker here. But what was a total shock was when i saw the store manager walking up and immediately started calling for all cashiers AND baggers to assist! She immediately started helping getting the lines flowing and with a great big smile!
Charlotte, store manager, has made me enjoy this visit! And has also ensured I will definitely come back to her store, and I will! Finally, a manager there that has some sense and understands customer service. My hope is restored!

Love this location. It has lots of stuff compared to the one in greenspoint. I went to the gym last week and I had a tshirt which wasn’t a good thing for yoga since when we did the head stand my shirt went from my waist line to my neck line real quick. So I went here just browsing and I found a cute workout top and hopefully it won’t run down my stomach. It’s also light weight so it’s good while sweating. Also they have a lot of stuff on the walls. Don’t get stuck looking at the racks alone. They have a huge clearance area and it’s filled with stuff. I love this place. It’s a bit of a drive since there are lots of lights on 1960 so be prepared to stop every mile or two for a red light. There’s traffic too due to lots of construction because of new businesses coming up and mall.

I have to admit – Jordy H makes a great point. The clothes can be a little dated at times. I laughed a little too when she said that «it almost looks like a big garage sale» because yeah it kind of does! Clothes are stacked and stuffed EVERYWHERE. You have to be on a mission to do some fishin to find clothes at BCF! There are some nice and inexpensive finds if you dig long enough, but then who has the energy to try on what you find? If you do, then you might find the dressing room unattended on and off, which makes it a challenge to find and open room that isn’t trashed – in the sense of someone leaving clothes all over the dressing room and not taking them out.
If you do find something at BCF, I usually only wear it once or twice. It’s not a recyclable garment that becomes a staple in your wardrobe unless you find a name brand item discounted down real cheap. On the other hand, you may find something that you like and is wearable, but the price is inflated. All in all, a great place to bargain shop, but don’t be surprised if you do not find anything and walk out with nothing.

This is my first and last time here… Location is poor and not very clean. The clothes are outdated and it looks almost like a big garage sale.

I really enjoy checking out what little treasures or everyday items I can find at Burlington’s prices. This particular store has a good variety of items and the workers were working to keep things straight on the selves during my visit. I will say that the shoe department was a hot mess. Sizes were wherever, I don’t even know why they have size signs. So I ended up spending a lot of time, unsuccessful time at that, in the shoe dept. The home décor items are always fun to scout out and I was happy to find a trendy vase to go in living room this visit, thanks Burlington’s!

Didn’t find much selection in what I was looking for, but their prices are good and their staff is friendly and helpful. The lines were long, but the manager was on it and took care of it right away. The store is clean and fairly new. I haven’t really shopped here, so I didn’t totally realize Burlington’s layout is more one of having to hunt through racks of random clothing items to find something interesting, similar to Ross. I’m a lazy shopper who doesn’t like hunting for clothes. I prefer to glance through the store, see what catches my eye. and be able to find a whole rack of that item in varying sizes. I did find some cute things — including some Gymboree kids clothes here for about a quarter of the price. Overall, a good place to stop when my shopping energy is at full throttle (not at the end of the long day) :p
