Fantastic taco truck at the corner of 1960 and Atasca Oaks. $ 1.50 for corn or $ 1.75 for flour tacos. The campechano is a must-try. It is a combo of fajita and chorizo. We also had the pastor and barbacoa. Both were traditional(cilantro and onions) and were delicious. The horchata is fresh and just sweet enough. We ate at a table under tall pine trees and hardwoods where a very random set of chairs adds to the taco truck ambience. It doesn’t get any better than the Taqueria el Torito roadside taco experience. PS If you are really hungry, order the enchilada plate. It weighed north of two pounds!
