Seriously, as I’m preparing to turn my car off and go inside I can see the man running to lock the door and usher the remaining patrons outside. I assumed the lobby was closed so I went through the drive-​thru, nope they closed a whole hour early… at least he directed me to another starbucks that I have no idea where it is

Service has improved. I give this location a chance since it’s so close to home. I normally frequent the drive thru. There’s 1 girl in particular who gives me a snobby attitude. Other than that, there has been a slight improvement.

The coffee was ok, nothing special but the service was so slow. We went to the drive thru and it took 25 minutes. This is the Starbucks closest to me but I will drive the extra few minutes in the future to go to the one on 1960 by Walmart. They are so much faster and their coffee tastes better.

This Starbucks is terrible. The staff is rude, inconciterate and does not make the experience pleasurable. I got a late with two extra shots of expresso and the barista couldn’t believe I wanted two extra shots, and went on and on about how it was going to taste bad. My worst experience with Starbucks ever…

My wife went here and got in the drive thru at 10:38 AM and did not leave until 11:08 AM on a Saturday morning. 30 minutes for coffee? Need new management at this location.

I love this Starbucks so much I actually drive to this one which is 5 minutes farther than the one across the street. The staff is very quick and always get my drinks right. They make you feel like family.

Clean, friendly, quite, cool and pleasant. Never too crowded.
I’ve thought about this a lot over the years. If I could pick one person from my lifetime to have a sit down with, it would be Mr. Marley

This Starbucks location in Humble is pretty typical for the chain. I’ve stopped here a few times and have always had a pleasant experience.

I absolutely love ordering my drinks from this location. They make the BEST drinks. I don’t know what they do but if I order an iced soy white mocha from another location it doesn’t taste as yummy.
Also this location does a good job keeping the place clean and stocked.
It’s about a mile from my house and it’s on my way to work and school so it’s super convenient. The baristas are always nice and friendly. They do have wifi and I don’t usually have any issues with the signal but sometimes it is low but still works.
The only reason I am not given them 5 stars is because they always have the music BLARING so loud (compared to other locations). It’s way too loud to sit and chat with a friend and definitely too loud to sit and study. I usually choose Starbucks to do my studying when I’m not on campus and it’s stinks they don’t have a more study friendly environment.

GREAT window service! Friendly, funny staff and good management. Can’t ask for more! Window guy, Andy, was very funny and seems to make all the drive-​thru guests happy.
