Me. Cs is an ok place to get drinks and eat. If you’re here to eat try the steak nachos with double steal they are delicious. I actually haven’t tried anything I didn’t like on the menu. Sometimes service is slow depending on the crowd, and their DJs aren’t all that good. Good drinks at low prices and friendly bartenders. Is an ok spot on Friday nights.

Great wings and 15TV’s. Texans game night!!! Close to the house and friendly staff. Ask about the game night menu. I keep coming back for game nights, Monday’s, Thursday’s, and Sunday’s. This place is great.

Really love the food! A notch above your typical bar menu. Exceptional burgers, just about everything is delicious, and reasonably priced. Friendly bar staff too!

If I could give zero stars I would. Signs lie and say wrong prices. They put little alcohol in drinks. Just don’t go.

Food used to be good. However once Tharen took over and bought cheaper food items and ran the managers out, it went downhill

It’s OK at best. Good place for happy hour with friends. The food is terrible — don’t go there to eat!

The first time I came here, I thought that this place really had potential. And that since it just opened, management would find a way to make improvement that would attract some regulars. The food– If you’re coming here to eat, forget about it. The food is not good. The Crowd– They have a very mixed crowd which includes young, old, Hispanic, black, and whites. Watching the big game– This is the part where Mr Cs really fails. If you are not sitting on the far left side of or at the bar, you are likely going to be stuck watching the game on a small TV from a long distance. No Bueno Really Bad experience — We went here to watch the Texans Vs Patriots on Monday Night Football. We didn’t get our first pitcher until after the 1st quarter, and it only got worse after that. We ordered food before the game started and we tried to cancel our order when it hadn’t arrived by the 3rd quarter. The waitress said that we would still have to pay for it. It finally arrived around the end of the 3rd qtr. And yes, my burger really sucked. It was cold and didn’t even include fries like it said on the menu. They substituted chips. I will never go back!

I visited Mr. C’s for an event my alumni friends and I were hosting for our High School. First off let me say that this is PRIMEREALESTATE In that area and if I had the space it would be crazy. That being said, the current management is not utilizing this facility to it’s compacity and definitley aren’t marketing the place as a North Houston events venue. This could possibly be due to the poor chef, menu, drinks, servers, and DJ. For the meeting I hosted I ordered a couple of appetizers for my guests: — Buffalo Wings(aka Hot Wings) well they were cold. Ironically TWICE, I sent the back the first time because the sauce had ice in it! — Seasoned Fries — They were good, but who can mess up a french fry? — Spinach and Avacado dip — TOOMUCHAVACADO, it was a mess and the chips were stale. — Mozerral Sticks — Stuck to my throat. Drinks I ordered a Vodka tonic with a splash of cranberry with a lime twist. I was served a cup of cranberry juice with sprite and a lemon. What the hell? I vowed I wouldn’t return, only because there are waayyy more places that serve the same food for the same price that are simply better. I wouldn’t have bought the space, if I couldn’t use it to it’s advantage and atleast have the leasing fee paid each month.

It is truly a shame. I dont think the owners of this place have the first idea of what goes on in here. The manager is completely rude and incompetent with the staff, and with the customers and that is why this place is just about vacant every day of the week. At first appearance its a nice bar with nice tvs pool tables and the food is descent. The biggest problem is you have a manger in this place that thinks she is god and can treat people any way she wants. She also steers people to the bar where she works some nights as a bartender and a manager while the waitstaff stands around for a whopping 2.13 an hour. The owners could really have a gold mine on their hands if they would just go in here and see what a terrible job their manager is doing.

Where do I begin. This place is dead every time I drive past but I decided to give it a shot. Came by for dinner the other night, they had more customers than I usually see so this was a good sign, maybe its a great after work spot. We ordered a couple of beers and an appetizer that took entirely too long. Ordered a couple of burgers that where bland and just OK. The manager who runs the place has an attitude problem that seems to have rubbed off on some of the staff but I don’t blame them, she doesn’t seem to treat them very well at all. This manager has to go, she doesn’t know the first thing about how to treat people, much less employees and customers. This could be a GREAT local spot IF they overhaul the management. When they do, I hope they hang an «under new management» banner so that everyone who has been turned off by this can give it another fair shot. Customer service 1⁄5 Food 3⁄5

Hey Amber P., Pretty hard to go to a place for 2 years when it’s only been open for one! Did Tharen have you write that review? Tharen is the old lady behind the bar. She was being investigated for practicing accounting without a license, among other things. The food has gone downhill fast and she is as rude as ever!

Short old lady guessing its the manager is horrible she cuts people off for being of different race or just based off judgement, needs new management real bad!

I get down with Mr. C’s. I’ve never had a bad experience there. The service is always great, the food always good, and things are only getting better. I started coming just after they opened and I hope this place sticks around for a while. Great place go watch the game, shoot a little pool, karaōke if that’s your thing, and just chillax a bit. Perfect for the folks around the way… I just hope more people come out and support a spot like this. They could probably benefit from more promotions but like I said, I’ve been going since they opened and things continue to improve.

Wow. Walked in and should have trusted my instincts and walked out. Two other tables had guests at 1230 pm on a Saturday. Since I was the deer in the headlights, I went ahead and took a seat. Ordered the Bacon & Blue Cheese burger w/fries. Burger was ok, except bun was sticky on top. Fries had been refried at least once. I won’t starve to death, but definitely NOT what I expected.

I’ve been here tons of times(mostly during football season to watch the Saints games), and I’ve always been pleased. The pico de gallo fish is fantastic, as well as the avocado bacon burger. And the quesadillas! They are super flexible in that they always put on whatever game we’re looking for, and the drinks are never watered down. Clean, nicely decorated, great patio.

Honestly, I’m open to driving business to an establishment especially in a city that I live in, but only if it’s worth driving business to. I ordered a cheeseburger medium rare with Swiss cheese, lettuce, mayo(there garlic mayo), and onion rings(or onion something), and my wife had the day special(fish tacos with homemade potato chips). So before I start, take into account there where around 14 people(including my wife and myself) in the bar/restaurant. Honestly not even a ¼ full at lunch time. Normally I’m not in a rush at lunch and good wait, however today I had 1 hour only. So 15 to 20 min later I’m still waiting for my burger as everyone else is getting served(yes. there where people that came in before us that I understood that they should get there food before, but not people who came in after us). So I went to the bar and asked the bar tender who seemed like I bothered her while she was talking to a customer(leaning on the counter while she was doing so) and asked if she could check on our food because I was in somewhat of a hurry. She went in the back, came back out with a plate of food, gave it to one of two people she was talking to at the bar, and never gave me an update on my food as she went back and continued her conversation. So I still saw other food coming out when finally(5 min’s after I asked the bartender where my food was) my food was brought to the table. First off, it was medium to medium well in doneness, and the bun was cold(or somewhat stale) the burger was on. Also the onion things didn’t come out with the burger. The waitress apologized and blamed it on a new cook.(she couldn’t tell us this in the beginning that there was a new cook and food may take a little longer(honestly I would’ve decided then if I would’ve stayed or gone)). 5 mins longer, she brought the onion things that where LOADED with grease. Now my wife had the day special and was okay with it. I tasted the fish and it tasted FISHY(they say if fish tastes fishy, then its old or …), and her potato chips like my onion things where LOADED with grease. In the end the waitress got the manager to take off the burger(she said she even likes her burgers medium rare and that was definitely not medium rare), so I was happy about that, but wasn’t happy I didn’t get lunch because of the time. I had to get back to work and again if she would’ve made it clear there was a new cook(which I totally don’t believe. .. if this person is new, they better keep searching, because he can’t cook or understand what it means when a burger needs to be cooked a certain way. Alright, again I’m sorry to review this the way I am reviewing it, but it’s the truth and I was kind by giving it 2 stars(only because my wife says she was okay with her special, it was clean). If you want a lie, then it is 5 stars and you should run out and go have the burger and onion things.

Very nice, clean place in an area where non-divey places are needed. We go a few times a month and employees are wonderful & friendly. Support this place! We need it to stay open in this area! Bummer is that they never seem to be able to find Rockets games. I don’t blame them, just their tv provider.
