I absolutely love this store! I’ve been stretching my ears for about 4 years now. I’ve been at my goal size 1″ for a year and a half now. Media Magic is the ONLY store that I have found in my area that has a wide variety of jewelry in my size. Hot Topic and Spencer’s are absolute trash! Not to mention Media Magic has spectacular prices! Not too expensive ATALL. This is the only place I buy my plugs other than online. The only reason I’m not giving this place 5 stars is because of my recent encounter with the employees when I last went. The entire time I felt really judged. The reason being because I kept getting stared at by the employees as if I looked too conservative to have such a body mod. The funny part is that I most likely know more about body modifications and how to stretch and what is the best material to wear than what they know. Sorry for the long rant but I felt like I was in a very non friendly environment and maybe the employees there should learn not to read a book by its cover.

I will preface this with– I do not usually write reviews on stores in the mall but this is information you people need to know damn it! Let’s face it, we all walk by this store and roll our eyes at the Superman velcro wallets, Adventure Time plush toys and smart ass saying tee shirts. The store from the outside really appeals to the just-hit-puberty and«I’m finding myself» age group but as mom always says it’s whats on the inside that counts. So walk in with blinders and head back to hardware. This is my go-to spot for all body jewelery. The sheer selection keeps me coming back because lets face it. I paid to put these holes in me and I’m jazzin’ it up. The staff is always really helpful with my gauging questions and their attentiveness when I need a case opened is appreciated. The prices are right up my alley. I’m not cheap but I like options and with tons of options starting at around 3 bucks. I can change that stuff as often as I like. I could do without the black light posters. To each his own I suppose. Thumbs up Media Magic.
