I thought the younger sales people were very nice but not the manager/​owner. She told me they never run specials and would give me a tax free discount on the tax free holiday. But turns out that very same day (and actually continuing into the following week) they had a special running which got me a lower price than she was offering with the tax free discount. Lame.

The service here is great. When Robbins Bros close temporarily, they contracted with Helzberg to take over the inspections. The Humble location is where we go. Their selection and service took us from just people who stopped by to get my diamond inspected to loyal customers. My hubby has got me several pieces from there, and I love them. (I love sparkly things) Several of the employees remember me, and they know not to show me any of that venetian glass or pandora crap. They make sure I see all the new diamonds… oooooh, sparkly…
