I called this place on a Saturday for a locksmith because I locked myself out of my house. I am a Unilocaler and normally pick places with great reviews. Since this one was in the area I took a chance on a company with no reviews. Yes I did. They said someone would arrive 30 – 45 minutes. They also said prices start at $ 45 cool. I got a call a few minutes later from the guy that was coming. When the guy arrived he called me and I opened my garage. He was friendly. He got his tools looked at the door and said it would be 80 for labor and $ 15 service fee. I wasn’t sure about paying that much so I called the office back. They placed me on hold and the call disconnected. I called back a few times and was placed I hold. I am assuming they were speaking to the guy contracting the work since he went back to his car. Then I got a call back. They said they would do it for $ 80. This was my first experience with a locksmith to get me inside my home not rekeying locks. He worked on the door for a while like an hour and ½ or maybe less and umm it didn’t unlock. So when you pay a locksmith to unlock a door and they can’t how does that usually work? Just curious. He ended up having to drill my door which I agreed to because I needed to get in my house and could’t waste anymore time. Hopefully I won’t need another locksmith but if I ever do prolly won’t use them. After thinking about what I paid I was better off buying a drill and breaking the lock myself. Lesson learned the hard way.
