Chick-fil-A

When going thru drive thru I’m not able to walk in because it’ll hurt and too much hassle being on crutches. The drive thru taker told us to hold on with an attitude when there are other ways to be respectful we got inside to speak to manager Nathaniel Holmes and it like he didn’t care! Both were disrespectful. I will never return. I contacted Customer Service email with Chic Fil A too on this issue!

Slowest drive thru EVER! Unfortunately I’m stuck because I’m in the inside lane. I’ve moved one car length in 20 minutes! Get it together people!

It’s fast food. It was as expected. And as always, it was their pleasure.
Got the Nuggets and lemonade. They have like 10 sauce choices, which is good. And kids love the play area.

This particular Chick-​Fil-​A is at FM1960 and I-​69/​Hwy 59. I work in the area so I only eat here for lunch. Like any other Chick-​Fil-​A they’re always busy. They do a good job of getting you through the drive-​thru. During peek times, they staff employees on «foot patrol» taking orders in the drive thru to speed up the process.
I actually dine-​in more than I drive-​thru. The lines inside can get long too but typically move quickly.
If you need less noise, sit close to the bathrooms which are further from the playground area. Seems to be a popular spot at lunch for moms with toddlers.
They do have wifi and it can be a good place to work on your computer during he lull between lunch and dinner.

I get my sweet tea in the morning from here and always good and fast.

Had an unusual experience for Chick-​fil-​A which is normally a super friendly fast food place. We went through the drive thru and ordered a kids grilled nugget and an adult grilled nugget. We received the regular nuggets in the kids meal and immediately let them know. Instead of correcting the mistake, the girl at the window argued that we had actually ordered the regular. I didn’t even know how to respond because I heard my husband order and knew he said grilled but that was beside the point. Whether he or they made the mistake should not have even been discussed. I gave them two stars because they did correct it in the end and finally ended with «my pleasure».

I am always impressed how Chick-​Fil-​A cranks out such quality food that quickly. Maybe it’s a little strange to write a review on a fast food restaurant, but I frequent this location for lunch pretty often and think they deserve some credit for doing a great job. The long lines during lunch don’t scare me here. Yes, you might wait a little longer than you’d like, but considering the line — it moves at a nice pace. I think this is becoming standard with Chick-​Fil-​A, but you don’t order through a speaker during lunch — they take your order personally in the line at one spot and at your next stop, you pay with another employee all before coming to a speaker or a window. No, you do not get to see the menu, but I know it well so I don’t mind. Anyway, they always seem to good job and get me through the drive through quickly so for that, I say thank you!

This is the worst Chick fil a I have ever gone to. I am rating them in a franchise scale not a normal fast food scale. I have been here a few times as it is the closest one to my house and each time I leave asking myself why I went back. The service is slow. The tables are always dirty. The last time I went the lettuce was partially rotten and the cashiers clearly didn’t pay attention to who was next to serve in line. I love Chick Fil A and it makes me very sad that the one closest to me is so terrible.

Gotta love chick-​fil-​a I recommend Spicey chicken sandwich meal with the waffle fries slammin’

Quick service with a smile – and food was hot! What more can a girl ask for? Drive thru is a little cooky: Driving off 59 South feeder from 1960 exit, you’ll have to drive all the way around the restaurant to get in line. Only one drive thru which is unusual to me – most Chick-​Fil-​As have 2 drive thru stalls. Anywho, first time visit to this location did not disappoint!

This location has excellent service! Everyone was soo attentive!

If you have ever been, you know it. Fast food is fast food. What can I say. However I must add I am not a Chick-​Fil-​A fan. Now since the last time I have had it, there have been some changes. I still am not a fan of their normal fair. But I did have a side salad instead of those lame fries things (in my opinion), and I was surprised, it was very good, and the spicy dressing I ordered was equally good. Also I had their pecan brownie, and I was again surprised how good it was. A little chewy, good flavor, excellent. However their sandwich still was not the best. So I guess if I could order a couple side salads, couple brownies, stay away from the normal fair, I would be good.
