no problems with the eye masters. The vision works center next door where the optometrist are found is a different situation. They have the weirdest hours, I called for an eye exam during business hours and receive a recorded message. Thats it. I called Eye masters to learn they take lunch until 1:30pm. It is now 2 pm and they are still not back to answering phones. So much for availability and professional customer service. Do yourself a favor and please buy a nice answering machine
