Americas Best Value Inn

We were placed here after missing a group flight. Ten rooms were booked and we were processed quickly. The front desk answered questions about dining, arranged transportation both to the airport and to dining and advised us of local opportunities. They took care of our team of 27 from out of town in a respectful and conscientious manner. Thankful for their service to us on this stay.

We has a horrible stay at this hotel. The hotel or should I say motel is in an awful location, it’s a dive as soon as you step into the lobby. The sheets were dirty in our room and the hallways reeked of cigarette smoke. we checked into our room with a ¼ roll of toilet paper. So that being said, we needed more since 3 guests were staying in the room. I asked the maid for another roll and she refused and told me I had to go to the office. (I should be delivered the toilet paper roll first of all, and have a full one to begin with) so I get to the check in counter and I ask for one and he asked for my room number and had too look something up. (Pretty sure he is the owner). WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO GET A TOILET PAPER ROLL!!! Then we only had two bath towels in our room, three people staying in the room. We needed one more, we call and ask for one and he decides to say no. So another guest called and said we are just asking for a towel, nothing else. You’re gonna give us one. And he says THAT THE HOTEL RAN OUT OF TOWELS. We had to argue and fight to get a bath towel. CHEAPOS. NO ONE STAY HERE unless you want to shower with a wash cloth. Never seen such a thing, should be ashamed.

Usually don’t write reviews but the owners of this place have pissed me off enough…
I Wouldn’t stay in this shit hole ever again. I hope you don’t expect one towel per person or toilet paper here because if so you have to beg, Be quizzed on how many guests per room and then if finally granted one additional towel or roll of toilet paper you must go get it yourself. And I just so happened to have my hair in my towel when I went to get the other towel for the third person in my room, they tried taking my towel, when I said I was still using it he had the audacity to tell me to be sure and «make good use of it».

Don’t do it unless you’re desperate. Hotel smells, no toilet paper in the room, bathroom door wouldn’t close. Only food within walking distance is Sonic, Waffle House and Jack in the Box. Towels felt like sandpaper.
