Very satisfied! This is not your average Sleep inn– did not have that «budget feel». To the negative reviewer– I don’t rely on wake up calls– thats why I have an alarm on my phone and that is why each room has an alarm clock. I am very surprised that people still rely on wake up calls when on a schedule then get upset when they don’t get a call. This is 2015– get real. The people were very nice, the shuttle was on time and the rooms were impeccably clean– I felt very safe and comfortable and this has become my go to place whenever I am in Houston by the airport. Free shuttle and an excellent room experience at a budget price– could not ask for more!

Horrible experience. After missing a connecting flight with United we were sent here. It took two hours on shuttle to get to the hotel (due to the hotel having to share a parking shuttle) and upon arrival we discovered that the room had a funny smell and the heater was broken. Early the next morning we were woken by the sound of barking dogs and realized that our room overlooked an indoor/​outdoor dog kennel.

Well, when you promise you will give a courtesy alarm call in the morning, you should and you must. Given that you are in the airport area, the stakes of not giving the call are very high. Extremely rude front desk lady — when I asked why you did not give a courtesy call, the answer was «aah ok.» Really? No sorry, not even apologetic tone? Hospitality business needs a little bit of this.
Besides this incidence I have no complains about the room, room was clean and nice. I stayded here just for 5 hours.
