Ear Plug Super Store

DO NOT BUY FROM EARPLUG SUPER STORE. First and foremost some of their product is NOT what is represented on the site. I had called in to get some info and when I received it a Hearos Hi-​Fi Natural Musician was told it was around 27db noise reduction, when I got it, the packaging was WAY different than what was shown on their site and it said a NR of 12!
Really? Also got the Silent ear which doesn’t NOT fit correctly. And is just junk
I called in to get an RMA to return and they asked why I wanted to return them and I said because of miss-​representation. Asked how I can return it and she said you’ll get an email with the info and just quickly hung up on me.
WOW WOW WOW!
Now I have to write a detailed review on this company on a ton of other sites that covers scammers and expose their unprofessional behavior.
If you really need ear plugs, just do down to your local Rite-​Aid, CVS, or Target and see what you are getting. The prices here are no different than your local store and you save not paying shipping as well.
Total waste of money and time dealing with this company.
I wish I had read all the info reviews here first, usually one or 2 or a few bad reveiws doesn’t mean much, but when it’s ALL bad and all over the net and BBB. That should tell you all you need about a company. Enough said.

Do not buy custom products from this company Ear Plug Super Store.
This is in reference to DJ earplugs for protecting hearing will playing shows.
They say one thing on the website and then do something completely else.
Attempted to charge me 2X for retaking ear impressions when the materials they ant to «sell» again are about $ 10 out on a $ 150.00 product that they make you pay shipping for both ways.
I had my impressions (which were adequate) returned and another lab was more than happy to make the final product.
Buy there off the shelf stuff but don’t bother with their custom products.

I made a fatal (well almost) mistake moving into Ocean Breeze Villas. Most of the newer and some previous residents are uncivilized and are 100% trash individuals. Noise to an obscene level and someone above dropping a heavy weight shack the building constantly. I was forced to get only four hours of sleep each night. I tried every type of earplug found. Beware there is another blue colored wax earplug claiming to be the best. Bull.

This company not only has the best product I have found, they offer alternative choices and other helpful products for good sleeping. If you are accustomed to ordinary earplugs (as I am) these work and insert differently. The agent I called was smart and helpful. She understood that most if not all first time users need a little assistance. She even told me how to use their competitors «blue» earplugs.
These are not 100% noise blocking and some noise will pass through. However, I find it is sufficient. These do not insert into the ear canal. They stick over the ear canal and allow you to sleep on your side. The insertion ear plugs block out more noise, but I ended up hearing my own heartbeat. The insertion ear plugs that I have used, do not allow me to sleep on my side.
A pair lasts about four days and have to be replaced. I stocked up.
