Pull up to window; ‘can I get a ice latte, skim and 1 Splenda. What comes out is an ice coffee, wrong size, wrong drink, wrong everything. *note to self, don’t come here again, this is 2nd time this week this has happened*.
Also; drive up window always smells like burned coffee. Or pickles. Or goats. Not that I know what a goat smells like, I was just dying to throw that in there.

The only Dunkin’ Donuts on the planet that ALWAYS gets my order right. This is how it works. I drive up to the drive thru. I tell them my order. They get it right the first time and I don’t have to repeat myself. I drive up to the window. Its already there waiting for me. Its correct and the coffee is made perfectly. My husband and I actually changed our route to work so we could come to this Dunkins and not the one at 88 Derry Rd.
