Would never order from this place again. Mozzerella sticks and Potatoe fries were soggy and cold. Roast Beef sandwich had raw beef, not rare, raw. I prefer my steaks medium rare, and I couldn’t eat this without pulling out the beef and microwaving it.

Went back for another steak burrito, but tonight they were out of rice and beans. Since I have been missing a California Burrito(steak, cheese, pico de gallo, sour cream, and french fries) since I left California, I asked if they could make me one of those instead. They obliged. Mmm… so tasty… Granted, I’ve had better, but it was still delicious on its own accord, and even more so when you consider that this was the first time they ever made one of these. Adamo’s has now become my default go-to place for the best burrito around. If you like burritos, stop reading this and go to Adamo’s. Right now.

If and when I can’t decide what I fancy for lunch, more times than not, I end up coming to Adamo’s to grab a wrap. The service is usually quick, of course I I wait and let the lunch crowd die down before coming here since it can be a little time consuming if anything you have is cooked. I would recommend not going with the spinach wrap, I always seem to get dry bread, stick with the white or wheat… even the wheat can be dry from time to time, but not like the spinach. The calzones are fantastic as well and usually feed me for three meals when I get one… for the price, you can’t beat getting a calzone. I’m not exactly crazy about the place, after all it’s just a sub/pizza shop, but the food and staff is good for what it is.

Today was my first time eating at Adamo’s Pizza, I had the Grill Master, it was just perfect… the meat was awesome, cooked just right… I’m now a fan of this place, go checked out and you will love it.

Adamo’s Pizza shares the same space as Bull Run Beef in the Nottingham Square Plaza. The menu offerings include pizza(12″ &16″ pies), calzones, salads, subs, sandwiches, gyros, half pound burgers, pasta dinners(with garlic bread), fried food, Mexican items, kid’s menu, and bottled drinks from the Pepsi cooler. It’s an order at the counter place(overhead menu boards) with a few dine-in booth seats in the waiting area. They’ll call your name when your order is ready. There’s also no «tip jar» present with a sign on the counter reading«No Tips!» The place has been so busy since its recent grand opening, that they’ve ran out of some food items. I ordered Scott’s Famous Calzone($ 7.95) which is stuffed with pepperoni, sausage, & chicken tenders with marinara sauce and a 3 cheese blend. They ran out of chicken tenders, so they gladly substituted meatballs instead at my request. The large calzone was ready in 20 minutes, greasy toppings oozing out of the doughy shell with lots of melted cheese on the outside. Overall, the calzone was pretty good and had a good soft chewy dough pocket stuffed with good fillings and sauce. It wasn’t a NY calzone, which would have ricotta cheese stuffed inside and sauce on the side.
