Went to look at Washing Machines. The sales associate was great. She had a ton of knowledge on them and was able to help us make the right choice. Great price as well.

WORSTSEARSEVER! Staff is so rude everytime i go in. They refuse to return items or only give me $ 50 store credit on something that cost $ 135. Female manager is very snobby and never helps anyone. Young kid in there argues with me about everything I need help with. The place is ridiculous and I can’t believe they haven’t gone out of business yet. Last but not least, They never have the tools I need for exchange.

I have had great customer service every time I have been here. It’s not a «Sears» like what you see at the mall it’s more of a hardware store. But it’s always had what I needed and for me thats important. Today it was 4 bags of salt due to the expected storm. the employee loaded my cart and after I checked out loaded it into my car. It’s the customer service that keeps me coming back.

This is not a Sears, but a Sears Hardware store. This failed concept from Sears has but a few straggler stores left, and this is one of them. Not well organized and selection isn’t all that great. When Craftsman tools were popular, this was a good idea. Now that they make nothing in America, and the quality is garbage, people can go to Lowes or Home Depot for the same type of tools. They all offer lifetime warranties so Sears doesn’t have that on anyone any longer. It’s kind of sad to see an American icon like Sears, slowly spinning in the toilet, waiting to make it’s way down the shit chute! I fear there is not much time left for Sears. I only hope that the nextin line is a lot smarter than they were.
