Great place for bagels, sandwiches, coffee etc. Busy place with a full staff. Refreshing to see a place like this still exists. Also very clean. Would recommend this place to anyone. Will be visiting again soon. PS the rainbow bagels were a big hit with the kids. Now I am the cool Dad of the day. Thx All American Bagels.

I am sure the owners would not agree to that type of attitude they are in business to attract customers not chase them away.

Simply the best! Fresh, oversized and a bunch of bagels to choose from, with a huge variety of cream cheese spreads. Sandwiches, heroes, panini’s too. They even have burgers!
The coffee station is insane. There is no need for me to ever go back to D&D b/​c they have everything from a basic coffee to triple shot caramel lattes (cheaper too)
Even when the line looks long, it goes very fast b/​c there are so many people working.
11 414 needed a clean deli bagel store with top shelf ingredients like Boar’s Head and Hellman’s Mayo. Glad it’s in my neighborhood.

Cool bagel/​deli in the Lindenwood Shopping plaza. The store is set up long way. The counter runs along the right side of the store and the hot coffee and hot tea are to the left. There are cold drinks in the fridges towards the back.
You take a number of it’s bust and you wait for you order. Once your done, you go to the register to pay. There are two registers open when I was there.
They have all types of fresh bagels, cold cuts, and spreads. There are big flat screen menus along the wall behind the counter that have the menus.
The staff here are young and very polite.
No seating though. Plenty of parking in the lot but it can get busy during peak hours.
They are open everyday and they open early. I think at least 6 am most days, maybe even 5:30 am. I also think they close at or before 6 pm.

The place has excellent bagels but service is slow at best and unfriendly as well. It’s rare to see a smiling face among the staff. I recently walked in and just wanted one bagel in a bag to go. The girl behind the counter starts to go get my bagel & I then see her having a conversation with another customer across the counter. I’m standing with my money in hand and I have to wait until she is done talking. To top it off she then gives me attitude at the end of it. If I wasn’t within walking distance of this place I would go to Cross Bay Blvd. & the other bagel places there. Bagels are just as good and far less attitude.
I appreciate the owner replying so quickly to my post. Unfortunately, the reaction from your employee is a nice work of fiction. She did not return in a minute. She did not return at all. She said she did, but did not. No big deal. The bagels at the shops on Cross Bay are just as good, without the attitude issues that I experienced and obviously other posters have experienced at your business as well. I will simply take my business there and wish you good luck.

I absolutely love and adore the bagels here, when they get it right… the food as others have said is great but the service kind of sucks. One of the cashiers, especially, has the only «I don’t give a crap» attitude! I go in all the time and have yet to be received with even half a smile. Now, I do believe that I have seen, once or twice, the owners who have been VERY kind and polite, wishing me a good day and thanking me for coming. So, I have to give this place 3 stars. 5 for the bagels and 1 for the crappy customer service. I really hope it gets better.

Before I begin… The food is good. But the customer service is horrible. My step Mother had ordered a breakfast sandwich… One of the employees behind the deli counter (a slim-​older Hispanic woman) attended her, but had forgotten to give in the order to the kitchen. These things do happen, my step mother asked politely if her order was ready. Half an hour later… This «employee» handed the sandwich over, also with the statement «you need to be more patient, if you can’t wait you can cook your own food.» The rest of the kitchen staff proceeded to laugh and the checkout clerk was astounded by what was said. As I stated the food is good, but that’s no way to speak to any customer. My step mother wasn’t rude at all while she waited half an hour for a turkey egg and cheese, watching customers come and go. No matter how good the food is, we won’t be returning to this establishment.

This place has the best breakfast. Service is fast and always pleasant. The egg sandwiches are always cooked perfectly not runny like most other places.

Bagels are great but the staff is not the friendliest bunch. I felt like I was bothering them when I was ordering and I was a big inconvenience. Don’t get me wrong, there was one maybe two girls that are friendly but the rest of them act like they don’t want to be there.

This place has fantastic food but is unbelievably over priced and a horrible staff. They all look like they are on the verge of suicide and really make sure you know that they don’t want to be there. I’ve never had even a halfway friendly interaction here in person or on the phone. I was even put on hold for no less than 5 minutes while the girl chatted with someone else about how she «was gonna spend a day on her uncles boat with her sister and cousin». I’ve even heard a rumor of workers dropping food on the ground and putting it back in the sand which. I’m not taking my chances.

Anything less than 5 stars is a bogus review by a competitor or something.
This place is amazing. I was raised muslim and this place has got me eating sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. I can’t try any other sandwich because I’m afraid it wont be as amazing as their sausage.
Their bagels are outrageous. Best bagels I’ve ever had.
They do take a little while to deliver, but it’s probably because everyone and their mother are placing orders. If they’re not, they should…
Hopefully one day I’ll muster up the courage to try something else.
