The service is the absolute worst. Went in 2 times and wasn’t served. They sit around doing nothing, and you end up waiting anywhere between a half hour to 45 minutes before being frustrated and leaving.

Horrible customer service! A kid was pouring in some sugar in his latte then this random lady sits down at the table and doesn’t even help him after she pushed the table and dropped his latte… The staff kept talking bad about the kid and they didn’t even offer him a free latte even tho he didn’t even get to drink one sip… Rude Staff!!!

I’m in here at least twice a week to escape work for a minutes and sip on something caffinated and sweet. The staff of women on weekday mornings are absolutely lovely and pleasant. Usually my drinks are made perfectly, but on the rare occasion it doesn’t come out how I like it, they quickly make me another or offer me a free one the next day. The seating area could be kept up a little better, but it’s a typical DD establishment. If they ever become a coffee shop to lounge in, I’ll absolutely love them!

I use to go here alot, and then stuff started happening… on several seperate occasion I got lattes, coffee, etc and there were chunks in it! The MILK was SPOILED and they still added it to my drink and served it to me. I know it’s not that expensive, but when I spend my hard earned $$$ to buy coffee with CHUNKS of rotten milk in it… that just is not right! I will never go here again.
I like my milk fresh and chunk free thank you very much.

This Dunkin Donuts sits directly outside of the A train’s infamous spilt Far Rockaway or Lefferts Boulevard. It houses it own parking lot and shared space with Baskin Robbins. On a day off I needed a long walk to clear my mind to breathe. I came here for one Boston Créme donut at $.99 despite of the long haul line which is organized separated by an ordering station and another area for pick-​up.
