I think I went there for the last time yesterday. The service is foul. Hostess had extremely wild long black natural hair that was not appropriate around food.service. And a mouth full of gold teeth which was charming. We three women were there for lunch and it was not busy. We ordered our choices, 2 spaghetti and chicken spinach artichoke pasta. Waitress did not ask for choice of dressing on salad or choice of soup. I heard my coworker asked about soup. Server said there are 3 kinds. I wasn’t paying attention because I was deciding on my entrée. Anyway, bread with herbs and oil was served and gobbled up, always good. But then we waited. …and waited. Noticed food up on the counter sitting there for a while, and our server visiting with another overweight female sitting at a bar area by the kitchen. I wondered about salad, and flagged down our server. Instead of coming over, she looked at me as if I reminded her that we were still there, and headed back over to the food that was sitting on the counter for a while. Apparently that was our food this whole time. Huh. She brings it over to us. I say, I was wanting to ask you isn’t soup or salad included? And she shrugs and says, I mean, if you had asked for it you could have had it… I said, it’s included in the lunch right? She says yes, but you need to tell me. Am I supposed to guess that you want salad? Some people don’t want it. I said, you didn’t ask us, you’re the server right? With a smile to keep it friendly. She shrugged again and said I can bring it now if you want… so we said sure. We ate and waited again for her to return with the check, but she just did not come back. We had to get back to work. Our plates were clean. We sat and waited until once again I flagged down someone passing by. This time it was the hostess with the hair. I asked her for the check, she brought it. Then the server finally comes back after I’d paid and signed and we were getting up to leave and says in a fake sweet tone, can I take these for you(our dishes), trying to look at the check while we were still there. I think that was an attempt at intimidation to leave a good tip. Don’t worry I left a tip, but it was not a very good one. Ok the food. It was good. It usually is. The problem is the service. The last few times I’ve come here the service was bad. It’s unfortunate. I don’t want to return. I wish they’d do something about it since mine isn’t the only negative review.

Where to begin… We went there as a group of maybe 15 – 20 people. First they only had 1 single waiter for the whole group. I was even overwhelmed for the young(high school) gentleman. After he finally received our orders, the food came out piece by piece. Some where cold, which I couldn’t understand if we all got them at different times. Then of course about 5 of us sent our foods back, not due to being cold, but for the lack of seasoning. Basically any of us who had a cream or white sauce, sent our food back or just didn’t eat it. No taste at all. Salt and pepper couldn’t fix it. The only thing that was decent in the menu was the appetizers, which I’m sure we’re pre-cooked. Then to get our bills individually took at least 30 minutes due to the fact that they were wrong or he just forgot. Will not be attending this again.

Zios hooked it up. I had the chicken Marsala. It was awfully good. Creamy sauce with tomatoes and mushrooms and baked chicken. And they serve it with bread and olive oil dip and a salad. Man I felt like tony soprano. Bada Bing.

We have been here before and have had amazing meals. Tonight, that was not the case. The spinach dip was bland, the salad was wilted and the dressing not quite right. The entrée wasn’t bad but wasn’t up to the standard set by past visits here. I am not sure we will be back.

Me and two coworkers stopped in for lunch. We sat at the bar on the right. Our waiter was the manager on duty. We all ordered off the lunch menu. I got the cannelloni and they both got the calzone. Facility was clean and decorated well.

I sat right in front of the open kitchen and I watched my food sit under the hot lamp for 10 minutes while they cooked my boyfriend food. I ordered lasagna which I’m pretty sure is already made and ready to be served. It’s no way it should have been just sitting there. After his food was finally done they brought our food to the table and his was steaming hot and mine was ice cold… will NOT be returning. Only good this was the bread…

Nothing bad, but nothing great, either. Tasted like it all came in on a refrigerated truck from corporate headquarters. Service was friendly and prompt.

Always a good stop for localized Italian delights. Love their bread and olive oil dip.

I used to love this place! The soup and salad was so good but boy has it changed. The tomato soup isn’t as creamy and the salad had wilted bits and did not look fresh. The service has always been kinda hit or miss but I didn’t mind and am pretty tolerant and not a demanding customer. It seems to have gotten more miss than hit now. I stayed even though they took the seafood pizza I liked off the menu. I kept going even when the zios trio was axed(even though it was their most popular dish). But the tomato soup changing is my last straw. I won’t be back to this location and if I find the same not creamy bland soup elsewhere I will x zios from my list for good.

I’m sorry to say this but Not the best experience. Customer service is poor. The food a waste of money. I don’t suggest this place. It’s not authentic… and the food is cold :/not happy… Told my boyfriend take the food home and heat it in the oven

By the best customer service I’ve had in awhile. I strongly recommend the seafood Alfredo. You won’t regret it!

Food is decent, service is decent. It’s 45 degrees outside and not much warmer in the restaurant. Every patron is wearing their winter gear INSIDE! They can’t even get comfortable! Come on Zios! That’s ridiculous. I spent my dinner dragging the arm of my coat in my soup. Probably won’t be back.

Favorite dish is the chicken Alfredo. I haven’t had better Alfredo anywhere else. Herbs with bread is especially delicious. You can buy the herbs for $ 5.99. Décor is nice and the speed of food was very fast.

Came here for lunch with my mom and will not be back. We came here during lunch at 11:15 a.m. trying to avoid the huge lunch crowd but we were stuck. They had seated us next to two huge large parties and we did not get the service that we were supposed to get. Our server was MIA most of the time so I had to get another waiter to help us order or get us water and etc. When finally had a chance to order, the manager came by and asked how we were doing. I said fine because I can see why our waitress was running around but it was just uncalled for. We just wanted a salad and pasta but it took them forever to give us our food. At the end of our lunch, we just to go everything. We didn’t leave there until 1 p.m. I rather go to another Italian place instead of here. This place isn’t work trying or eating at. The service is very slow and their lunch specials are just ok.

I have been here about a half dozen times, and have tried almost as many different menu items. And I have never had a complaint. The food is good, not great. The wait staff have always been very friendly, and pleasant to deal with. On occasion I have seen them talking instead of taking care of tables. The portions are very generous so, it usually makes 2 meals for me. I will continue to eat here, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to do so. The 1 thing I will say that I don’t care for are their«mints». I prefer a nice peppermint to dispel any spicy garlic breath, but theirs are some kind of weird lime cream flavor. That’s not gonna make my breath fresh!!!

I ate here the night before a big 21 mile run during training for my full marathon. We have come here before but nothing ever really stood out as something we really wanted to try again and this time was no different. They have a pretty sizable menu which includes all of the usual Italian foods. I ordered a Trio plate which included spaghetti, lasagna, and some type of chicken with sauce. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. I guess it was about average. Everyone in our party thought the same about their orders. The service was pretty average as well. We had to flag down our waiter a few times.

Ok seriously, this was one of the biggest dissapointments ever! The food was lousy, the service was ok from our server, but the 10 servers 5 feet away from us standing at the bar talking about their drama filled lives really made me lose my patience and appetite. Meanwhile, the table behind us that was sitting for 10 minutes never had a server come to them for drinks or orders and they left. The servers that were just a few feet away dared to say thank you and have a good night to which the man responded, «thank you for what, we never got served» and walked out. The manager was nowhere to be found and was clueless. I yelled at the staff about their disregard for customer service and lack of attention and wrnt on furthet by telling them I wasnt there to listen to their issues and if they wouldve been working rather than gossiping, those people wouldnt have left. After the dirty looks and side talking started from the ignorant wait staff, I asked for the manager, who wad a timid moran and had no idea what was going on in her place. Her staff didnt respect her which was shown earlier in the evening and they sermed not to mind that 1 table left without service and that we were seriously unhappy. It was our anniversary dinner and what a waste! If you want Italian food better than this, buy a jar of Prego and a box of pasta and stay home brcausr thats all that it would take.

Have been to this restaurant several times. However, it’s still a drive to get here though. I would be going here more often if it was closer. Most of the time, their food is really good. Sometimes they have an off night. I love that they serve you unlimited baked bread with this oregano/olive oil spice mix. Also not to be forgotten are their tomato florentine soup, fried calamari, and artichoke spinach pasta. The tomato florentine soup was creamy, with a great punch of dill that leaves you wanting more. The calamari tasted fresh, and I could really taste the squid, not just the batter. The artichoke spinach pasta has just got a great bite to it. I like that they add diced tomatoes throughout to add a little texture and zing. Overall, I love their food. Will definitely be back when I have to drive to that area of Htown.
