Very nice wing stop! Staff is some of the friendly pleasant staff I’ve ever seen. Will come back.

The wings were hot and fresh. So were the fries. The place was clean with big tvs to watch sports. The only downside was it took about 15 – 20 minutes for my food to come out. Next time I’ll call ahead and place the order.

The service was ok here. The tables were dirty. I got the spicy Korean Q and lemon pepper wings, fries, and a drink. The fries were very soggy and old tasting. The best thing about my order was the spicy korean Q — it was sweet and spicy all at the same time. I probably won’t be returning because the fries turned me off a bit.

I’m a big fan of Wingstop and had been going to the WS on Antoine and W Little York until this one recently open. I’ve been here twice and overall disappointed in the food and service. Its a beautiful location, brand new everything: the décor, lighting, and spacious seating were all brand new. Great feel. The kitchen has a long window so that you can see inside and gives you a good idea of how things are done. The first week it opened it took over +20 minutes to get my order and maybe thats normal. My cajun wings weren’t tossed in the Cajun seasoning, but caked on, as in all the seasoning was just dumped on and put into the bag. I figure they’re still working out the kinks and I’ll just brush off the extra. Last time I came in late, there were only 2 people ahead of me and their food was already being prepared. It took +35 minutes to get my food, and the girl didnt even bother to let us know. I’m a very patient person and because I was sitting /standing in front of the window by the kitchen where I could see them and they could see me I figured they would bring out my food or at least let us know it was completed JUSTLIKE the couple sitting across the way from us who got their food before us. Finally when we got up to check up on our order, we noticed a bag ready, we figured it belong to another order even though no one was there(phone order?). We looked inside and noticed nothing was cooking and was alarmed, did they forget us? The girl looked a us strangely and said your order is ready, as if she was surprised? We took our food and left. The girl quickly followed us to close the door behind us, about the only thing she did quickly(10:30PM) Notes: Lax employee etiquette: It appeared that friends of the workers were there when we arrived, one young gentleman walked behind a counter to get himself a cup to drink from the soda machine. He was not an employee but did let the girl know he was helping himself. Poor phone call response: As we were waiting for her to take our order, she had multiple phone calls. All calls went several rings(like 6 – 8) before she answered«please hold». Dirty tables: It was very slow when we came in and only 1 couple were sitting. We randomly sat down at a table, I put my arms down and quickly found that the tables hadn’t been wiped. My new shirt was covered in WS seasoning. Overall, I would suggest that you call in ahead if you wish to take your business here. Dont assume that because they took a long time to answer your call that they’re extremely busy, just indifferent neglect.

I have been waiting so long to come to the new location. Today I finally got the chance! The workers were nice except for the one that had to adjust my online order. It was so annoying and I told her I forgot to add ranch and her attitude got worse after no greeting in the first place. I just think the owners should know because it’s a bad look when the place has been open for a month and the workers are already taking their jobs for granted.

This Wingstop is clean, fast, and offers great customer service! I have never been to a Wingstop with a friendly and attentive staff such as this one. I ordered a wing combo online and my order was perfect. Extra crispy flats with extra seasoning on the fries just the way I like it. This is the first time I have actually received what I wanted the way I wanted it. This is my new location. The others should visit this store for training purposes. P. S.- this is a prime spot for sporting events. Their TV is a large flat screen and they have other TVs for viewing minor events as well.

I’m not your wingman. So, don’t ask me about this and that. I’ve been trying to find a decent place to eat after work. Hooray, Wingstop to the rescue. Since the opening of Wingstop on NW Freeway, fried wings became part of my diet. It’s delicious. However, I can’t afford to eat these low-carb high-fat meals often. Unless, I start exercising more often. My favorite flavors are Hickory Smoke BBQ, Hawaiian and the new Spicy Korean Q(I’d eat them with steamed rice and veggies when I get home). My usual online order is a 6-piece combo. Because they’re making them fresh, there is a 20-minute wait.(I haven’t tried during normal folk’s lunch hour. So, I can’t tell you the actual wait time.) Here are some factoids for newbies: — The meat selections are Classic Wings, Boneless Wings(chunks of tender white meat formed like a wing) and Chicken Strips. — When order online, you’ll see choices of Drums and Flats. That means the upper or lower part of chicken wings. — Sampling the sauces is allowed. The sauce comes in a tiny cup. You dip your finger and taste it. — If you can tolerate the heat, start from the top of list. If you are shy, start from the middle. If you are feeding your kids, choose the flavors without flames on the menu. This Wingstop location is perfect for travelers passing through the Northwest Crossing neighborhood. Just right off of 290, the parking lot can handle many 4-wheeler trucks. So, if you are staying at the nearby motels, come dig in.(They serve beer, too.) In a few months, I predict this place to be packed with sports fans on weekends. You’ve gotta be here to experience the endless sports on 5TV screens. Go Texans!
