So i’m looking to compare if i’m paying too much for internet and I get to . I was able to compare all my utilities, cable, phone and electricity on one site. They matched the same prices as the company itself. Definitively check this site out!

I recently moved to Houston from Out of State. I had never even BEEN to Texas in my life! I was moving for work and was lucky enough to have moved into an Apartment Complex that Partners with WhiteFence. THANKGOODNESS! Instead of doing everything On-Line(I was nervous about moving and jsut felt better about talking to someone) so I called the number and the gentleman that I spoke to was More than helpful. We set up my power, gas, television and phone and even my Newspaper! The only thing he couldn’t set up was the required Renters Insurance! :) After a long 4 day drive from Seattle to Houston, I arrived at my new apartment with everything all set up and my mail already forwarded. I really don’t know what I would have done! I’m a big fan of this service and I tell everyone about it! It’s a Movers Dream!

When I bought my condo — my real estate agent told me about a concierge service that Coldwell Banker offers — called«Myconnect1.» This service is offered by a company named«WhiteFence.» You are supposed to be able to use it to quickly and easily get all of your utilities set up. Well, it was way more of a hassle than it was worth. In fact, using this service caused me major headaches that only recently got resolved. When I signed up for phone service via Verizon — the ticket that this system generated to Verizon was somehow flawed — Verizon’s system choked on it and had put a hold on my service. So the day I had scheduled for Verizon to come out — no technician showed up. I had to call Verizon to find out what was going on — and I ended up spending a couple of hours on the phone — being transferred from department to department to try and get this resolved. Finally, I got a service call scheduled and got my phone service set up and activated. BUT — that was not the end of the saga. I’ve been receiving bills from Verizon and paying them on time, But then I started receiving threatening voice mail messages from Verizon stating that my account was in arrears. I called and found out that Verizon never canceled my old phone number and account from when I lived in Centreville — because this stupid, flawed ticket from WhiteFence was still in their system — and they never closed my old account and transferred everything to my new number. So I was still paying for the old number and service and nothing on the new service. To their credit, Verizon acknowledged the screw up, canceled my old account, and back credited my new account with all of the payments I’d been making.
